Relax & unwind in the warm ambience of the wood fireplace with a glass of your new favourite wine from your visit to Mortimer's Wines. The master bedroom serves as a parents' refuge (appointed with an ensuite and smart TV), while the children play around the indoor foosball table. Amarde sends a warm welcome to pets with its large backyard. Working from home is made easy with free wifi and a desk space appointed to the home.

Sip in style at Ferment, a local wine bar offering a range of tastings from signature to curated options.

Visit the picturesque Botanic Gardens (3 mins) for a family picnic and treat the children to the Orange Adventure Playground. Admire the skills of local and national artists showcased through their distinct exhibitions at the Orange Regional Gallery (2 mins). BOOKING ENHANCEMENTS
Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items at an extra fee to make your stay even better! You can request enhancement such as an early check in or a late checkout or a bottle of locally produced wine on arrival. Let us know if you have any questions about this process at any stage!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Orange is a beautiful city distinguished by its gorgeous tree-lined streets, charming heritage houses and fresh local produce. Home to just over 40,000 people, this significant regional centre hosts an exciting calendar of events including festivals of food and wine, cycling, running, hot-air ballooning and poetry along with regular farmers markets and much more. Over 80 vineyards surround Orange and produce distinguished cool-climate wines made with passion by our resident winemakers and vignerons. The city is also known for its lovely parks, brilliant autumn colours, vibrant café’s and award winning restaurants.

Please note that there are 3 stairs to access the home.

Fireplace: This property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
