Take a heritage walking trail through the town’s fascinating streets, visit the Art Gallery of Ballarat and delve back in time at Sovereign Hill. Ballarat also boasts a gourmet food scene and boutique wine region. This home caters to all seasons with a gas heater to keep cosy in winter and air-conditioning for warm summer days. It features a grassy yard with alfresco dining.
Set amidst expansive grassy gardens and designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, this bungalow provides a charming country retreat ideal for families or groups. It is equipped with all the modern comforts for short or extended stays, offering a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
The living room flows straight to the covered patio, capturing fresh breezes and encouraging meals outdoors. The spacious yard provides ample space for kids to roam freely and enjoy the cubby house. In winter, light up the fireplace and get cosy with a good book or spot of TV. Discover Ballarat’s flourishing food scene or make use of the fully equipped kitchen, featuring quality appliances and cooking utensils. There’s a large wooden dining table to come together and share a meal, while those on a working holiday can make use of the dedicated study nook.
Each of the three bedrooms encourages a good night’s sleep. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and comes with large wardrobes for storing your belongings. The second bedroom also comes with a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds, ideal for those travelling with kids. The bathroom offers a large rain shower and complimentary toiletries for your stay. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.
Parking is provided for up to four cars.
