My experience was not a good one.
Before my trip, I called the motel to let them know when I would arrive and that I am bringing a third person. I was informed that is against the policy. (On the add it says if you have additional guests a charge may apply.) So I said don't worry about it. Then I was questioned what I am doing with the third person, which I responded to again with don't worry about it. We stopped at family to arrange accommodation but they were coming with me to help me with my luggage because I am handicapped. Within a minute of arrival at the motel I get a payment request with a message saying, I booked for 2 but I have 3. ....Seriously? Since they sent a payment request, I assumed that it is all of a sudden OK to have a third person and asked the price. I was told it will be added to my invoice and taken from my card. I said OK and glad I didn't have to drive anymore that night. Checked my bank the next day to see if they have taken the payment but they didn't. The next morning at 8:00 A.M., seven missed phonecalls and two messages which assumed I wanted to rip them off. Well, give me your email and I'll e-transfer it.
Communication is very poor! I don't like being spied on nor do I like being lied to.
First and last visit at this motel.
