As you walk inside, you are welcomed by a vast open flow, awash with light-filled living areas seamlessly flowing onto the covered patio, the perfect spot for entertaining. Dine alfresco, lounge in the sun or take a dip in the private pool—heated for comfort in the cooler months.

The well-equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with a Nespresso machine, is a delightful space to prepare and cook meals. Thoughtfully designed, this space is equipped with near-new appliances, a full butler’s pantry, and all the essentials. Sit on one of the four bar stools along the pale stone island bench and let the conversation flow effortlessly before gathering around the dining table for a meal.

The focus on comfort extends to the four bedrooms, which are inviting and kept cool with split-system cooling. The primary bedroom houses a king bed with leafy outlooks and attaches to a modern ensuite with an open shower and walk-in robe. The second bedroom also sleeps two in a king bed, which can be split into two singles upon request. Bedrooms three and four are ideal for both children and adults, offering two king singles and one single bed respectively. Enter the main bathroom to find a deep soaking bath, expansive shower, separate toilet, and vanity.

There is a laundry, complete with a washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning and fans throughout keep things nice and cool. There is a double lock-up garage available for two cars with additional driveway parking also available.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
