Find houseboat rentals near South Higgins Lake State Park

It was exactly what we were looking for. We rented a boat from Brian’s Marina and fished, had a nice fire one night. Relaxed.

Awesome fire pit! I wish they offered wash cloths and bat/beach towels, because they take up a space to pack. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.

Beautiful property right on Higgins Lake, great location …steps away from water… walking distance to public beach. Grocery store close. Owners live close and are available. Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous location. Home is completely updated. When we walked in, we were struck by the fresh scent and cool decor. Host was welcoming via text. Highly recommend, when we come back to Houghton Lake, we will stay here again.
