  • Quiet and Beautiful

"The pool was amazing! The condo overlooks the ocean from all directions. We watched the sunrise from our balcony. Very clean and there was always a place to sit beside the pool. The beach was beautiful and our kids loved that there were kayaks. We will definitely go back!"

  • Superb stay in Turks (Leeward)

"Great property and property management. We stayed for six days and loved every minute of it......if given the opportunity, we will return and rent the larger 4 bedroom villa.....cant wait to return....KC/TW........ Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc ? Yes, but the charm is in being there. Was the property clean and well-maintained ? Very well maintained.... Did the owner provide good customer service ? On call 24/7...only needed them twice and they were right there.... Would you recommend this property to your friends or relatives ? Yes, yes, yes What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike near by ? Went to Boogoloos but preferred cooking on the grill near the pool....Grace Bay restaurants are a bit on the expensive side....we enjoyed the intimate dinners at Kelly Isles we cooked for ourselves..."

  • Alexandra Honeymoon Retreat

"We thoroughly enjoyed our Honeymoon stay at your villa at the Alexandra Beach Front Resort. The location of the resort and room views were everything you promised. We often dined on the patio enjoying the ocean breezes and views. We were very surprised that this time of year had virtually no bugs. We very much enjoyed the resort staff and especially House Keeping personnel who were extremely gracious and a pleasure to deal with. The daily housekeeping and turn down services were unexpected but a nice amenity. The resort had numerous complementary activities and plenty of beach front lounge chairs for our beach binging. The shuttles to and from the airport, grocery store and rental car office across the street are very convenient. Overall our experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this unit to my friends. While I would not change anything, I would suggest that the maintenance staff secure the dish washer to correct the tipping safety concern. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your villa. Jim & Robin Heacock."

  • Slice of Paradise

"I have been coming to this condo community and this unit for years. I love having the peacefulness of the "Old Caribbean" here at the resort as my base and then being no more than a 20 minute drive to EVERYWHERE else on "The Best Island in the World 2015", Providenciales. If you want to be close enough to the tourism yet value your quiet and relaxation in a more pristine natural environment then the Northwest Point of the island and this community is worth experiencing. You cannot beat the value for the experience of being so close to reef and wall snorkeling and beachcoming on the exquisite and unspoiled Malcome Road Beach area and Northwest Point itself. You definitely want to rent a vehicle and a small SUV-type is best in order to comfortably reach the hidden reefs and Malcome Road. The restaurant is open seasonally and there a numerous stores to purchase all you need to prepare your meals, as the condo has a large and fully equipped kitchen. But great eateries are found starting no more than 10 minutes from the community. The units at Northwest Point are true condos versus the condo-hotels with lockouts you find at most resorts so you feel like you are staying in a home versus a hotel room. Stay here for great value and enjoyment if you don't need or want all the trappings of a crowded resort and being sold on costly upgrades and excursions all the time like a more typical tourist trap."
