  • Perfect Situation

"My daughter and I stayed in this one bed/one bath condo while in town for a lacrosse tournament. The location was perfect- about a 10 minute drive to the Empire Polo Fields where the tournament was being held. This was so much nicer than staying at a hotel! The unit is beautiful. Kitchen is all new and has enough pots/pans/dishes to cook a simple meal. Everything was comfortable and lots of space. Unit was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool that are practically right outside the door! Towels were even provided for us to use at the pool. We had a little trouble with the key pad lock when we arrived but figured it out! Just FYI- you have to push the lock icon button after the code to open it! Inna was quick to respond to my call- even at 11:45PM! We will definitely try to rent this unit again next year when we are back for lacrosse!"

  • conveniently located

"The property was conveniently located to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. It was clean and had all the necessities. There was a pool right outside the door. The only reason I did not give this property 5 stars is because the one thing that completely missed the mark was the bed linens. They were some of the roughest sheets I have ever slept on. I don't expect silk or 1000 thread count but they certainly were not the quality of sheets I expect when I pay $1,500 for the week. Theses sheets were of the lowest quality. I own 2 VRBO rentals at the beach and I would never put these kind of sheets in my property. My suggestion to the owner would be to change these out immediately as they are awful and scratchy."

  • Great location

"This condo has it all: located In charming, relaxing La Quinta, directly across the street from Embassy Suites (with nice dining facilities), very close to Jules Market and enticing shops and restaurants in Old Town. Also there is a pool just steps away from the condo for swimming and sunning. The condo itself is small but has a very large closet plus washer and dryer, roomy bathroom and the kitchen has everything (and more) that is needed for "at-home" meal preparation. Plantation shutters add a pleasant touch to the decor. TVs in both living room and bedroom provide convenient entertainment on the spot. Everything was clean, Jean was helpfully on call and a most gracious hostess. What more can you ask for?"
