  • Great property, very clean, nice neighborhood

"We spent 4 days attending Desert trip second weekend in Indio, so the house was convenient located for us. A very nice, well furnished and decorated house, large enough for 7 people. You must have a car, the house was very clean. A nice experience! We recommended !"

  • Mid Century Masterpiece

"My partner and I spent a week in this lovely home and couldn't have been more pleased. The house has been beautifully renovated and decorated and was fully stocked with everything. The back yard and pool area were breathtaking with the mature palm trees, large heated pool, hot tub, landscape lighting and complete privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located right off 111 for quick trips between Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs. The only thing the house could use is an outdoor fire pit for those chilly evenings, but the gas fireplace inside certainly was a nice touch. All together, we were thoroughly happy with our stay and would certainly come back!!!"

  • Nice property, well appointed, convenient location

"We enjoyed staying at this property. At first there were no clothes hangers anywhere in the home but Taleen organized a supply of hangers inside a day. We bought some glass wine glasses since we did like drinking out of plastic ones. Also, there were no dish drying towels to be found, so we purchased some. Otherwise, the unit was clean, well appointed and supplied with all that is necessary for a long term stay. The only draw-back is the location. The property is located on a quiet street on the front but backs onto quite a busy road at the back, affording little personal privacy and no views other than houses across the street. On the plus side, the front courtyard is secluded but offers no views. Another plus is that the pool is very close by. Overall, a good experience."

  • 50th Birthday - Celebrating Life with Family & Friends & created memories that will last a lifetime!

"Thank you!!! We couldn't have picked a better property or property managers to work with... Rocio & Josh... In my corporate life it is all about the details & I must say that you surpassed my expectations with your thoughtfulness, follow-up, & encouragement that the weather would cooperate for the "Big Event". This was a destination Vacation surprise for my family & closest friends. The accommodations are perfect for a blended event. Everyone had their own large space and private bathroom. The BigHorn gives you the feeling you are home. The property is very comfortable, clean, updated, & conveniently located to all the Desert has to offer. We all shared a wonderful experience here & can't stop talking about it. Our guests @ the BigHorn were treated to daily surprise events that left them guessing. One evening we hired a gourmet chef that was able to prepare a meal to die for from this beautiful kitchen while the Musician that we hired played keyboards & belted out Frank Sinatra tunes from the Beautiful Living room. This home exudes the feeling of the Rat Pack Days! But to save the best part for last is the main reason why we rented this perfect home. On Saturday night Rain or Shine the "Big Event" was going to happen @ the BigHorn. We had a 7 piece Carlos Santana tribute band entertain 75 guests while guests dined, drank, cheered, & tried their luck @ the Roulette & Black Jack tables. The original plan from day 1 was to utilize the tennis court but mother nature had other plans. We were able to shift things around & had everything indoors with the Band (that was loud enough to wake the neighborhood) play on the covered patio. "It was Perfect" The home flows well for a big event. In the desert you cannot have live entertainment in most of the desert cities. Rancho Mirage is unique in this sense that it is allowed but permits are required. Rocio did it all! She worked with City Hall for several weeks & made it all happen. The BigHorn View Estate & team deserve a 10+ - Details Details Details..... you didn't miss a thing! Thank you for making my 50th an awesome memory!"
