  • Near perfection

"Perfect condition and location!! It was such a pretty place with great amenities. The only thing we wish we'd had was a dishwasher, but there was really no place for it so I understand why there isn't one. We were close to everything we wanted to visit and didn't have to spend much time in the car. I highly recommend this cottage."

  • Gorgeous property on Imperial Beach

"My husband and I stayed here with our two children (1,3). This property is so spacious, even more than what I was expecting from the photos. They also had a play pen which was a great surprise. The property is very well maintained and up to date. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I never really needed anything but Greg checked in on us and made sure we were doing well which was very thoughtful. The only downside for us was that we were a little further away from activities than if we had stayed closer to San Diego city. My fault tho because I was unfamiliar with the area. We were always doing activities because of our children. Also have to be careful not to leave dirty dishes in sink because I noted small ants would come around at night. Greg was a wonderful host. The photos don't do this property justice. The beach is basically private and we enjoyed watching the surfers in the morning. Thank you again for opening your home to us!"

  • Wonderful

"My friend and I came to San Diego for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! So much more comfortable than a hotel and close by to everything we wanted to do! Ron and Rhonda were such gracious hosts and they made sure we had everything we needed! We highly recommend this studio for you vacation stay!"

  • Absolutely Perfect

"This is such a great little place! Absolutely perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood. (For anyone familiar with Denver, this neighborhood is a lot like Wash Park.) The unit was very clean, well kept, and a nicely equipped studio apartment. The owner provided very clear instructions on how to find the place. And you must follow her instructions and not your GPS because the entrance is on an alleyway and not the main street. We stayed for San Diego Comic-Con International 2016 and this was the best little oasis to get away from the hectic excitement of Comic-Con. With all the windows open at night all we could hear was normal neighborhood noises, insects and such. We quickly figured out that just about anything we needed could be found somewhere along 30th Street: Von's (same as Safeway) grocery store is just a couple miles away. And especially really good restaurants! Breakfast - Big Kitchen (but they only take cash or checks). Lunch - Tacos Perla. Dinner - Alexander's: The food is dreamy and you'll have leftovers. Which thankfully this apartment has a fridge! This unit does not have air conditioning and given that it is in San Diego I thought that would be fine. But, San Diego had a heat wave while we were here. We were ok with windows and a fan our first couple nights, but the third night we baked. Thankfully, when we contacted the owners, they brought up a portable air conditioner! This location is next to everything you want to see in and around San Diego. I would totally book this place again and I will tell all my friends about it."
