  • Freaking Sweet!!!

"This place is marvelous. The photos do not do it justice. We stayed four nights and didn't want to leave. We spent a lot of time here hanging out with a group of friends because why would we go out anywhere when we had this gigantic mansion to relax in! John, the owner, was very communicative leading up to our stay, during and after. There is a house manager, Ursula, who is AWESOME and showed us around the house on our check in day which made us feel welcome & comfortable. We were very happy there the entire time and Ursula and John were easily reachable should we have needed anything (but we didn't). If you are looking to sleep more than four adults who are not couples or comfortable sharing beds, yes, people will need to sleep on air mattresses or sofas. We put an air mattress in the main floor office, and it worked perfectly for our group. There is only one half bathroom on the main level (just toilet and sink). The second floor is entirely bedrooms; the master plus two other bedrooms and there are two full bathrooms on this floor, one being the master. There is no door on the master bathroom like another reviewer said - that could be awkward if it needs to be shared by adults who are not in a relationship, but it's workable - there's plenty of house for people to go to while someone is using the master to shower or get ready. There is a door on the water closet (where the toilet is). Hell, like ten adults could comfortably sleep in that master bedroom - it's huge. The top floor great room is amazing!! It's perfect for large groups of people, meetings, presentations or parties. The fourth bedroom is up there and has a full bath, but again that bathroom is open to the bedroom so if it's planned on being a shared bathroom, just be aware. The entire outdoor area is gorgeous, and we enjoyed it very much. This is an impressive home in a really great location in Denver. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. I would stay here every single time I come to town if I could afford it. I LOVE this house. I will stay here again. Thank you, John and Ursula, for offering such an amazing house!!"

  • Great place to visit !!

"This was our 3rd time renting this condo. The views are breathtaking and can be hypnotizing. The location is fantastic and is very centralized with just about anything within a short walk up to a 15 minutes drive . The mountains are more beautiful as the snow falls. You can see Red Rock music venue that resides in the foothills. We really enjoyed this as it seems as though this is our second home when we walk through the door. Well equipped and a comfortable place to stay. Looking forward to the next time."

  • Lovely Apartment with a Perfect Location

"A perfectly appointed and immaculate apartment nestled next to Cheeseman Park, Denver Botanic Gardens, Congress Park, and Capitol Hill. Always a short car ride to everything in Denver and neighboring Cherry Creek. The building is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and housed with all necessary amenities one would need for a short or long term stay in this great city! The owners and management company are professional, caring, accommodating, and quick to respond on any questions or needs. The neighborhood is as lovely with walking distance to nice restaurants in Congress Park and Capitol Hill. Cheeseman Park is delightful for a run or walk on a beautiful day. Parking is never a problem and finding something fun to grill on the gas grill in the court yard adds to the amenities. We can not wait to visit again and enjoy Denver while staying in this lovely apartment. Thank you for everything!!!!"

  • Spotless Condo, Great Location!

"We had a great week long stay in Denver at Brooks Tower! Julie was a great host and was very clear in her communications with what is required and to be expected for our stay. She checked in prior to and day of our arrival and departure. Condo is exactly as advertised, very clean and is priced appropriately. We enjoyed being walking distance to 16th Street, Union Station (where we picked up our daughter who flew in from TX), Coors Field (saw a Rockies game) and a number of great restaurants right across the street. The parking space was great as it is easy in/out for us travel to take in a hike at the Flatirons outside of Boulder, a concert at Red Rocks and trips to a grocery store and other things to do around the City. Thanks for a great place to crash for our family trip!"
