  • Awesome property

"What a great place to stay... More like 2 houses in one with the full basement accommodations. Had an excellent time and everything was great in the house. Thank you Marnie... David German"

  • Great week in a great house!

"The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The deck and yard were great to have...what a view! We used the bikes almost everyday on the bike path right outside! Loved the extensive CD collection. Katherine was very friendly and very helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home to others."

  • Spotless Condo, Great Location!

"We had a great week long stay in Denver at Brooks Tower! Julie was a great host and was very clear in her communications with what is required and to be expected for our stay. She checked in prior to and day of our arrival and departure. Condo is exactly as advertised, very clean and is priced appropriately. We enjoyed being walking distance to 16th Street, Union Station (where we picked up our daughter who flew in from TX), Coors Field (saw a Rockies game) and a number of great restaurants right across the street. The parking space was great as it is easy in/out for us travel to take in a hike at the Flatirons outside of Boulder, a concert at Red Rocks and trips to a grocery store and other things to do around the City. Thanks for a great place to crash for our family trip!"

  • This home was perfect for my family.

"I really enjoyed my stay in in this home. It was my first experience staying in a home as opposed to a hotel and staying here added the family feel to this mini reunion. The house was clean and many of our needs were met, we got to bbq at night and play cards together in the evening. We added to the menagerie on the mantel and are still wondering about the spoons in the dining room. What's up with them Jon? Thank you for making our visit to Denver memorable."
