  • Loved our stay!

    "Everything about this property was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked and my favorite part was the wonderful running stream outside the patio!!! We had a bit of trouble with the tub in the master suite not draining well, but I emailed my concern and they promptly responded that they would take care if it! We were checking out the next morning, so they didn't bother us with coming ASAP. The parking was great! It is a short walk downtown! Would highly recommend this property! We will check it out again if we are staying in Breckenridge!!!"

  • Awesome Guy's Ski Trip

    "The condo was terrific - slept 6 middle-aged guys in own beds comfortably, with enough extra beds and pullouts for a couple more guys to stay, all with own beds. Had all the creature comforts one could hope for in a home away from home - well stocked kitchen, comfortable lounging and dining areas, 3 full bathrooms, plenty of hooks to dry damp ski clothes, wifi and cable, great views of the mountains, nice outdoor balcony/seating area (it was mild for ski season), etc. Plenty of towels - for in-condo use, as well as beach towels for the pool/hot tubs; fresh/clean linens for all the beds. The owners were available and attentive to our requests, in advance as well as during the stay. Walk to/from Maggie was short - we stored our ski gear there, vs. dragging in to/from condo (a huge plus). Condo is very close to to Main Street restaurants/bars/shopping (no driving necessary!). Only (small) negative - this condo is on the 3rd floor, and the stairs are a bit challenging on old knees after a long day of skiing. We knew this going in, and it wasn't an issue. So - FIVE STARS and TWO BIG THUMBS UP for this property ... it's a gem."

  • Perfect size for multiple families and excellent location to town and short hikes in the summer

    "We were impressed with this house from the surprisingly spacious interior to the extended deck on the east side to the large lower level that served our kids quite well. The open floor plan on the main level also allowed us to have a few friends over for dinner. The double garage was a great plus as well, and we expect to return to this house in the winter sometime as well. Our trip was over the 4th of July week of 2016. I would add that the walking trail behind the houses in this sub division allows for a short hike to Saw Mill Reservior lake less than a mile from the house. This is an easy and fun hike in the summer. I rate this house as a 4.5 out of 5; the only drawback would be the outdated TV/audio setup but who goes to Colorado to watch TV? we don't.   • Perfect Location!

    "The unit was perfectly located, a 5 minute walk from the lifts and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and the complex hot tubs were right there as well. The unit was clean and we were able to easy fit 6 people. The owners were very responsive during the whole process as well."
