  • New Years Family Vacation

"The property is in a great location with a beautiful view of a lake. We enjoyed amazing sunrise every morning on the east balcony and fireworks at night on the west balcony. When I opened the door to our unit I was very pleased and proud of my finding. The unit was impeccable. We had enough linens and towels. Kitchen had all the basics. Internet is fast. Percy, the manager was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Traffic can get heavy near the entrance/exit to the building but never was a problem, it's actually good because it stops and makes it easier to get in and out. Use your GPS to find best routes. Plenty of covered free parking. The place has all the convinces of a resort. If you are missing anything you can get it without going too far. You can buy attraction tickets at park prices plus a convenience fee at concierge. There's another person next to concierge offering discounted tickets to parks in exchange for a 90 minute presentation in a different location. This lady was not upfront telling us about it. We bought our tickets online from our unit. When checking in you will be asked to initial and sign your contract. Read it before you sign. One of the lines says that you give permission to Blue Heron to send you advertisement via emai, phone or text. This has nothing to do with Percy or the unit and we are suppose to read before we sign anyway. We had a very pleasant, fun and relaxing time. I will definitely stay here again."

  • Most recommended! Wonderful resort, great transaction too!

"Stayed here on an 9 day, 8 night stay. First three days (before park hopper passes) we spent on property, with so many pools, slides, mini golf and great on-site activities for the kids - we were totally entertained. Too many positives to mention. We opted for a $12 a day rental car from the airport which we used to run for groceries and also to get to the parks ($20 a day parking at disney on our schedule vs on-site wyndham shuttle (their schedule) for $32 - 4 pp per day). Try not to let the check-in "activities" person suck you into a timeshare tour, and you'll never be bothered again your whole stay. Back Bay bar has great food! So does every spot on the property. Walmart, Publix within 10 minute drive. We loved it! Will certainly work with Jeff next time, no question."

  • Wow, what a relaxing getaway. Luxury unit with a window on the world. Worry free family vacation.

"Cathy was a gracious and worry free host. Our names where on the guest list quickly. She answered all our questions promptly and with a friendly manner. The unit- oh wow- the unit. We were two families a total of 7 and found plenty of room to stretch out. The whole unit was generously stocked with soaps, shampoo, sewing kits, dish soaps and towels. The only thing it would have beens nice, would be to have more coffee. We bought a container of liquid coffee concentrate, from a trusted brand. I asked polity at check in for a fireworks view and we were able to see fireworks from the Magic Kingdom, Epcot and even Universal some nights, all from our huge deck on the 18th level. Indeed renting from this owner seems to come with additional privilege. And even though we were guests, we were treated as well as anyone else. We had 2 master suites each with large bathroom including a bubble tub. and the two other bedrooms had 2 full size beds. I did not check to see if the couch had a pull out. We parked in the garage each night which was free with a parking card. The deck was bigger than my college apartment by 2x (LOL). One side had a table with 6 chairs where we had coffee in the morning. On the other side were 2 chaise lounges. A big advantage to our side of the building (18th Floor Even) was that there was no direct sun all day. If you are a sun bather you may want to request a sunny deck. I spent nearly every down moment on the deck looking out over the world and watch hawks fly around. So peaceful, so quiet. There are a lot of restaurant options within a short walking distance. They are all on the spendy side but each had a unique mood and menu. We all enjoyed our meals. To save some money we would stop at the gas station that is about .25 miles away. They had BOGO Nathan's hotdogs. We also stocked our kitchen like a good wet bar. Lots to drink, snacks and light meals - saved a fortune over buying everything from the onsite connivence store and even more over disney. We stayed in tower 6 which we learned is all Presidential units and has been freshly renewed. We loved walking out the back door and straight in the a zero depth pool (with a bar :) ). Thanks again Cathy for a great stay, we have added you to our favorites list."

  • Great place to stay!

"Everything went very smoothly and we could not have been happier with our stay in this condo. This will be our first choice of where to stay the next time we return to Orlando. Great location and extremely easy to get to the parks. Fun pool with a great poolside bar/restaurant, Lani's Luau. The onsite convenience store was perfect upon our arrival. We then headed about a mile down the road to Walmart to bulk up on items we wanted for the week. This was the perfect place to unwind and rest after long days at the parks. It was a wonderful vacation!"
