  • Great vacation!!

"We had a wonderful time on our vacation and will definitely be back! The condo was perfect for our family of 3. Matt was great to work with, he gave very good detailed instructions on everything. The condo was exactly as described and in the photos. It did appear very well taken care of and clean upon our arrival as well. I did forget to ask about beach towels, so we had to buy a few once we arrived, but that was no problem at all! (I will remember to pack some next time.) We had everything we needed for our short stay, we will stay longer next time. I would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family!! We were also within walking distance to a few of the restaurants that we tried and the beach access is right across the street which was wonderful!"

  • A+ Family Vacation!

"My husband and I along with our 9 year old stayed on the third floor, Unit 304! It was FANTASTIC. With only three of us you can get lost in the place. It is tastefully decorated and the layout of the condo is great if you have a large group. The bedrooms are HUGE! Plenty of room. The condo exceeded our expectations. It's right on the beach - the view takes your breath away. We loved it for it's calmness. We could play in the water or sit on the beach, be in the pool without a million people around us. Yes, it is lower key there than what you would get 10 miles north or south of there. We played on the beach during the day, hit the pool (very clean and nice and heated appropriately) later in the afternoon and settled into our space with books, iPads or TV to end the busy, sun-filled day. Well, first we would enjoy the balcony and the amazing sunsets!!! You can enter the balcony from the master bedroom or the living room. A perfect balcony to just "view" and soak it all in. People all around us were very nice and respectful. It's not crazy there. People seem to be respectful of the more peacefulness there. Quiet time is 11:00 pm. We never heard any noise from other units. The walls must be pretty solid between units! Coffee shop and sub-shop and convenience store right across the street. Easy to get to Clearwater and St. Pete. Beach sand is nice and soft, the water is clear! Dolphins do visit frequently and my husband and daughter hand a great time on the fishing pier catching fish and catching a glimpse of whatever else may be zooming around. I could go on and on, but if you're looking for a more laid back place that is huge, I'd recommend it! So "beachy" and the management team is great. We rented a car from Tampa, but there would also be other transportation options, as it is only about 30 minute drive from the airport. Can't wait to return in a few months! Room Tip: Rooms ending in 04 and 05 have the best views, though all units have a view. Unique construction."

  • Wonderful Getaway!

"My husband, adult daughter, and I visited Redington Shores the week of May 14, 2016. We arrived around dusk and got to see the most spectacular sunset ever from the beautiful condo. The condo is right on the beach, gulf-front, and has a relaxing but upscale feel to it. The unit was clean and well maintained, and every amenity we wanted was available to us, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, even soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent (for the in-unit washer and dryer), miscellaneous kitchen items, and coffee and filters. (Those things haven't always been available at other places I have rented.) There was plenty of comfortable seating for TV-watching on the big screen TV, which is important to me, and the king-size bed I slept in was very comfortable. There were games, books, and DVDs available, too. The wifi had a good signal and was easy to use. The beach seemed like a private beach, with few people on it, and the water was warm and clear. The heated pool provided quiet relaxation, too. It was nice to have a code entry system on the unit, so it wasn't necessary to have keys. This was one of my best beach rental experiences. Dealing with Jan to set up the arrangements was easy and informative--call her!"

  • Perfect Family Vacation

"My family and I just returned from a week at Blue Days and it was the perfect vacation. There is fresh paint on the walls and the furnishings are really cute. The location is perfect for little kids and Tony even left a stroller for us! The private beach is gorgeous and close enough to return home for naps. We did Busch Gardens and the Florida Aquarium as well as a Rays game and John's pass. We can't wait to go back!"
