  • First time in Florida from South Carolina

"This was our first visit to Florida and we couldn't have been more pleased. The 'Star of the Gulf' was perfect for our big family. The home is very roomy and comfortable. The beach is only a few steps away and is never crowded, which we loved. There's a lot of near by things to do (shopping, putt putt, aquarium). Lots of books and games in the condo as well. This condo is like a home away from home. We will be back for sure."

  • Perfect For Relaxation

"The Zen Cottage was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to the beautiful beach was short. Nigel was very informative and responded to my emails quickly. Having access to beach chairs and the umbrella was very convenient. We would rent from here again without hesitation."

  • Great Escape

"This is our second time staying at the cottage & we REALLY enjoyed it. Perfect getaway, feels like being at home but with a beach less than a block away. This year we stayed in & cooked, kitchen had everything we needed. The worst part of the trip was when it was time to pack up & get back to reality. Love this place, highly recommended....except for mid-July...that's when we go!! :)"

  • Great beach location

"We had a wonderful time with great weather and the location was very convenient for us. We used the pool and hot tub daily; and of course, the beach was right there too for walks. Directly across the street was a sandwich and ice cream shop which we were frequent visitors. We cooked our breakfasts in and the kitchen had plenty of pans and utensils. Location was convenient to St. Pete's where we went to the Dali Museum and the Chihuly Collection. We left behind a purse in one of the dresser drawers with money in it and we received a call from your office staff saying that they would mail it to us. This was awesome. The only negative was with the water temperatures in the showers. It was very hard to find the perfect spot between HOT and ice COLD. We would definitely come back. The owners were easy to contact."
