  • Plenty of Room and Great Location

"We enjoyed our month at this wonderful house. All our family was in for Christmas and New Years and we had rooms for all. The location is very close to everything, so we didn't use the car any. Walking to restaurants and downtown was just a few blocks and good exercise, The rental company, Last Key Realty, was there for our every need."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I just took a 4 day vacation in Key West to celebrate her 40th birthday. We stayed in the Caribbean suite in the old Garden Villas. It was on Center street, a couple steps off of Duval and before Simonton. It's about halfway between Mallory Sq and the Southern most point so it's just enough away from the craziness down near Sloppy Joes Etc. The gated entry off Center delivers you into a beautiful little courtyard, as advertised in the pictures. A number of patio tables, lots of plants and flowers, the little pool pictured, a gas grill for cooking, bird cages and a fountain. The grouping of townhomes effectively walls off the outside world and allows you to enjoy a beautiful, quiet setting, in the middle of all the chaos. We ate out for all our meals but had we chose to stay, everything was available that we needed, including the grill. The condo was well maintained, appropriately decorated and clean. The check-in hostess at the office was very friendly and helpful. While there is little to no free parking in the area, she was able to point out a number of possible spots on a map where we might find free parking for our rental car. We found a spot just around the corner from our place, off Simonton, where we parked all weekend, even after moving a few times. It was a great experience and the next time we visit Key West, they will be the first place I look for our accommodations. I've already recommended them to my sister, whose family will be making a short trip there in March."

  • Charming and close to Duvall

"Charming and comfortable two bedroom with a full kitchen if you chose to cook. You'll be so close to many wonderful restaurants and bars on Duvall you probably won't want to cook! We loved the quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. We were close to Bahama Village, Hemingway Museum, The Lighthouse, Better Than Sex Desserts, and just blocks away from the southernmost point. The outdoor area had a nice clean BBQ and Seating area for four. A perfect place to drink morning coffee or have an evening cocktail. You would be an eight minute drive from the airport. Overall loved the home, neighborhood, and how close we were to all the action!"
