Our family had a nice Spring break at this condo. The water views were excellent as were the beach access and amenities.

This was an outstanding property. The property was clean and very well stocked. The furniture was good quality and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and hands on.

Wanted a last minute trip to the beach. There was plenty of space, it was clean, and had a great view.

Bill was an excellent, understanding, and very helpful host. The condo was exactly as described and we were provided with everything we needed. Despite there being a bit of maintenance construction (which is out of the host’s control and necessary for the harsh salt air), we were relaxed and happy. We have visited Perdido Key many times and have enjoyed this as one of the better places to stay. We highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting a nice place away from the noise and congestion of Orange Beach. Please, if you stay, read the Seagull book. It’s definitely worth it!

This place is exactly what we wanted. Uncrowded beach with chair service, short walk from condo to beach with a toddler, and a nice simple pool. We enjoyed the pool being walk in style and not terribly deep. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Loved it so much, and cant wait to return next year.
