  • Awesome Vacation

"We recently spent time in ME with our son, wife, and 2 young boys( ages 2 & 3) and had the awesome experience of staying at the Brookings Bay Breeze! It is private, safe for young boys, roomy, and so very family friendly for a relaxing fun time! The owners are so accommodating for supplying anything requested to help make the stay more enjoyable. They provided lobster pots, burner, utensils...everything needed to have our own lobster boil on the "Bay"! Also provided is a fire pit with cut wood to enjoy roasting marshmallows by the bay and the wild turkeys entertained us while enjoying quiet morning coffee. An extra room with table and chairs allowed for rousing card games while the kids enjoyed cartoons on the tv in adjoining room. Plenty of sleeping room for the family and space for quiet time. We highly recommend this friendly and relaxing Brookings Bay Breeze rental for an Awesome Vacation in Maine!"

  • very nice, quiet

"This was perfect for a quiet, off-season week spent working on a novel. Neighbors were nearly invisible. The house has full amenities, heat, beautiful view, few distractions, a big enough yard for kids to run around in, tide-pooling at low tide, and proximity to Boothbay Harbor when you want restaurants and tchotchkes. Good-sized grocery store 5 minutes away. Patronize the good folks at Red Cup Coffee House. Enjoy Italian food at Port, and try the haddock chowder at Oak Street Provisions. I had trouble finding the place because I arrived when it was dark and missed a key turn, but during the day it is easy to find, and very close to the botanical gardens (closed off-season)."

  • Great Location

"This was the perfect place for my wife and myself. This was a last minute trip and all hotels sold out or cost $250.00 or higher in the area. This place right in the middle to go to downtown Portland or the opposite way to the light houses.. I feel so lucky I found this place it made my vacation much better. Thank you so much Tom. Keep up the good work."

  • Thanksgiving Week at Greywoods

"A trip to Maine has been on our family's wish list for many years, and Greywoods was the perfect place for it. The home was loaded with charm, and the service and care from the owners was outstanding. The location was also great. The home feels private, but is very close to downtown Bath. It is also conveniently located for day trips to other interesting sites in Maine (and only a couple of hours from Boston). We arrived at night and woke up the next morning to a beautiful sunrise and a show from two bald eagles nesting in the yard, and the week just got better and better! This home exceeded all of our expectations!"
