    "We had a very nice time but with that being said... The condo had a few issues mostly minor but one was quite bad... the kitchen counter and the coffee Table in the living room had little ants on the them and the master suite bathroom had huge black ants that were coming from under the baseboard. now it looks like the owner is aware because they had ant traps all over the kitchen counter. I think the problem might need professionals to come in and spray. The smallest bedroom with the twin bed smelled terrible it smelled like a cat lived in that room as all that we smelled was cat pee to the point that my youngest couldn't even sleep in there and slept upstairs on the couch. I received a phone call from the mgmt company prior to my arrival to tell me the the master bathroom ceiling had a small hole in it and of course I was unhappy with how much I paid to stay there for 3 nights ( more than 1 week ocean front at the beach) they told me they would have the owner call me and he never did.. Then we rented a boat for the day and stopped back at the place and there were about 10 guys there saying the owner sent them to look at the whole in the ceiling which is fine but no phone call no warning from the owner or mgmt company to tell us they were sending ppl to our place... So I called the owner and left a voicemail message and never heard back from him. Rather upset and disappointed with the unprofessional treatment there. But if I put all of that aside his place was beautiful and had everything you needed for during your stay and we made the best of it.. Would I go back to his rental only if I was 100% assured that all those issues had been fixed... Daydreaming was very clean and the view was wonderful, the location was perfect."

  • Vacation close to home!

    "Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided this year to enjoy a vacation close to home, and enjoy all the things that we normally just ride by...on our way to Morgantown, WV. Home is in a beautiful area and is a beautiful home. It has more than enough room for everyone. Would be good for several families together, or just a good ole family gathering. The only problem we really experienced occurred on our last night there. We had a storm that came through, with the wind blowing, lightning and thunder, and rain. We were sitting in the living room area when my daughter saw water coming from around the patio door window. We ran and got towels for that. In addition, later on we noticed water RUNNING in(not leaking) from the upstairs loft area skylight, which is near the bed. We got towels for that and had to use pans throughout the night to help prevent damage to this beautiful home for the homeowners, until the storm was over, to catch the water. We contacted the rental company the next morning (9:25 a.m.)to let them know so it could be fixed for the next renter. In addition, we just let them know as well, that the dryer needed to be serviced. After letting them know the areas that needed to be looked at, the girl (Kayla) asked me "is that all?". Well....I told her yes, I guess that was all...I was just trying to get it taken care of and thanked her for listening...and she said "your welcome". (Hoping this was someone new and not "adjusted" to what her job is I had dealt with Michelle previously while making the reservations, and had no problem at all. Didn't want anything for helping out the homeowner, just thought we would at least get a thank you for the assistance, not a "whatever" type of attitude. After all, the storm went on for three+ hours of constant rain, and we were up and down dumping the pans of water. However, we enjoyed the time we were there!"
