  • "Magical" family vacation on Triton Way!

"Thank you George and Barbara for a wonderful weeks vacation in your family/child friendly beautiful home. The location was perfect so much so we almost felt we never had to leave the area. Our grandhildren loved walking to "The Square" every evening either playing minature golf or in the stores, eating ice cream and loved being with all the other kids dancing to the live music provided every evening. Your home was spacious and extremely comfortable. It is close to the beach and the children and grandchildren literally "lived in the pool" after we came back from the beach:) You also provided a week of exquisite weather- thank you!! The owners were delightful and extremely responsive to all my questions beforehand and all our needs. I would rent this property again in a heart beat and will certainly recommend it to my family friends and colleagues."

  • Extremely clean and the decor made me wonder if the owners worked at pottery barn.

"This house is great! The location can't be beat. You could spend your days never leaving new seabury! Once we did venture out we were thrilled how close we were to everything- the shopping in mashpee, the cute downtown of Falmouth, and beautiful beaches."

  • Perfect family base for the Cape.

"6 of us stayed here for the last couple of weeks in August. Four adults, two children. The property has two bedrooms (double, bunkbeds in one and three singles in the other) and two bathrooms upstairs, and then a lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and third double room downstairs. It is a short walk from the pool, perhaps 7 minutes or so, but then again I was doing this with a 3 year old... If you are looking at a map the exact location is here: 41.559364, -70.492952. There is a small outdoor area with seating and a grill, although we didn't use those. You can walk to the beach, and I did a 5k wander to the beach, along it and then back to the house via south cape beach, but otherwise you are driving 5 mins to south cape beach. There is a pass for the beach in the house. It's in a rural area surrounded by other similar homes. Lots of scope to get lost on similar roads. We found a sat nav essential for the first couple of days. The house itself was immaculate, all the facilities you could want, including a decent tv, kitchen stuff and wifi. There wasn't anything that we thought 'if only we had...'. Another reviewer posted about the lack of a tv upstairs but this wasn't a problem for us with the kids' obsession with iPads. The downstairs tv is fairly modern so will take usb drive if you've also got a drive loaded with your kids' favourite shows... There is good air con downstairs, although it takes a little time to get upstairs. Turn on the hallway fan to better cool the upstairs. The weather while were were there was cracking, around top 20s/30oC. The pool was clean, rarely used by others and warm. The kids loved it. There was a pass to the local beach which we went to a couple of times, but we tended to tour. Craigsville beach was number two in my view to Old Silver which was magnificent. Certainly the softest sand we found. Mashie commons is just up the road with a good selection of restaurants, shops and a cinema. We really rated the Oak and Ember. The cinema was ok, but I preferred the one a little further out (heritage theatres, sandwich) as there was a bit more leg room. This is a good location for stuff, but note that this is the cape so the roads are right out of Supernatural and the speed limits are some sort of experiment in surreal randomness. It takes a while to get anywhere. Mashie commons is about 10 minutes out. Falmouth and Hyannis (where the bigger mall is) about 30 odd mins, depending on traffic. to be cont...."

"Our week at TideWatch in New Seabury was perfect! This oceanfront condo was just beautiful. The pictures accurately represent the condo, immaculate, comfy furnishings, excellent air conditioning and fans, and the kitchen had everything you could need for the week! The bathroom is beautiful and shower was fabulous! The views are just breathtaking- day and night, we were fortunate to visit during a full moon and my night time pics were as beautiful as the daytime ones. The grounds are well kept, and the Marketplace in the community is five minutes away. Bob's Seafood Cafe had the BEST Lobster Roll, and Emack and Bolio's ice cream was rich and yummy. Eileen was wonderful to rent from, she answers all questions promptly. She has stocked her condo nicely with towels, sheets and plenty of pillows, blankets, beach towels, coffee and tea, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, so appreciated! We hope to return to her condo in the future!"
