  • A beautiful home!!

"We loved the time we had in the Old Chico Cottage. It is a beautiful home and the sound of the river rushing was soo nice to fall asleep and wake up to. The home had everything we needed, would have loved to stay all summer. The Chico Hot Springs was just down the road with restaurant and a little further was a great burger stop. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the Yellowstone area Thank you Heather!!!"

  • Big Sky and Peaceful

"We spent 4 days at this home overlooking the Yellowstone river. The mountains, sky and location created our best stay with VRBO. The pictures of the home and interior were not close to its real beauty. This is an amazing place. You will smile the entire time you are there. We went to the park everyday, only 20 minutes, then returned to our deck for a drink. Chico is 8 minutes down the road.Try the bakery/bbq place near by, good people. Hannah thanks for the opportunity to stay at your home. It was wonderful"

  • Just Book It Already!! We'd do it again anytime.

"We highly recommend this VRBO place to anyone. Just 45 minutes from the north entrance--great for anyone who wants to spend time in the Lamar and Hayden valleys of Yellowstone. The design and decor were carefully and skillfully thought out, complete with gorgeous juniper railings that perfectly fit the feel of Wyoming. The hosts were a pleasure to work with, and we'd return in a heartbeat. When preparing to stay here, keep in mind that it's air conditioned by a floor unit in the kitchen. We didn't find this a problem, though, as all you had to do is open the windows after the lights were out (No-See-Ums) and it would be below 60 in the bedroom momentarily. The little place is so well thought out we wanted to take pictures and mental notes home with us. The electric circuits are also 15 amps, so keep that in mind. We had tons of camera gear and we charged it all no problem. We hope our next stay along our journey can come even close to this place. Great for a romantic getaway."

  • August. 2016

"We rented this property for a few days in August, there were a total of 9 people including several visitors from the UK. We had a wonderful time the home was just as advertised very clean and comfortable and we experienced no issues at all. All of the necessities such as bedding, cleaning supplies, pots, pans etc ready to use all we had to do was bring the food. The location was ideal for us with a 30 minute drive either way to get to YNP or Livingstone yet secluded enough to enjoy the mountain air and the peace and quiet. Despite arriving later at night we found the home with no issues thanks to the directions Mary forwarded to us prior to the trip. Would definitely stay here again.....great place to visit."
