  • Truly a 5-Star Experience!!

"My wife, daughter and I had the privilege of spending four nights at this property the first weekend in August 3026 and it was amazing! Scott and Susan have a beautiful home that is well-decorated and appointed. They welcomed us personally when we arrived, giving us a tour of the home along with some great tips for places to visit and things to see in the area. There are beautiful views of the mountains and valley from the back deck, and the house offers a very open and airy feel in the living area. The large windows along the east (?) side of the house offer gorgeous views of the mountains from the dining room table! The kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils anyone would ever need, ant the pantry was well-stocked with spices and freshly roasted coffee beans. The downstairs area was especially pleasant because we visited during a "heat wave" (per the locals, but I had to laugh because we were visiting from the southern US where the temps had been in the high 90's with heat indices in the 105 range for several weeks in a row); so, we would spend time there in warmer part of the day. Wildlife was abundant on the property (opened the drapes in the living room one morning and had three deer staring in the front window at me). This property is very conveniently located some 10-15 miles south of Livingston and 45 (a guess) miles north of the north entrance to the park. If you're a fly fisherman, its within 3-5 miles of the famous Paradise Valley spring creeks, and, of course, the Yellowstone River, with private access to the latter. Livingston is a neat place to visit and we also spent one afternoon shopping in Bozeman (about a 45 minute drive). Again, I cannot say enough good things about this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in beautiful Paradise Valley. We definitely would stay here again (and hope to do so)."

  • Wonderful Spot to Stay

"We really enjoyed our night. Even though the hobby farm is located close to the highway, we never even knew it. The cabin is spacious and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay and to prepare your own meals. Sasha and her husband are great hosts and enjoyed getting to meet them. We used this rental a place to stay on our way to Yellowstone. Prefect spot. About 20 minutes down the road on the way to Yellowstone NP there is a great little bakery and coffee shop for breakfast."

  • Fabulous house and beautiful location

"Just a gorgeous house with an incredible location along the Yellowstone River. We spent a lot of time just watching the river. There are wood burning fire places with tons of kindling and wood. Everything was provided and more! The house is equiped like you would do if you owned it. Just beautiful. And many thoughtful touches and extras! We will look for opportunities to come back!"
