  • Truly a 5-Star Experience!!

"My wife, daughter and I had the privilege of spending four nights at this property the first weekend in August 3026 and it was amazing! Scott and Susan have a beautiful home that is well-decorated and appointed. They welcomed us personally when we arrived, giving us a tour of the home along with some great tips for places to visit and things to see in the area. There are beautiful views of the mountains and valley from the back deck, and the house offers a very open and airy feel in the living area. The large windows along the east (?) side of the house offer gorgeous views of the mountains from the dining room table! The kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils anyone would ever need, ant the pantry was well-stocked with spices and freshly roasted coffee beans. The downstairs area was especially pleasant because we visited during a "heat wave" (per the locals, but I had to laugh because we were visiting from the southern US where the temps had been in the high 90's with heat indices in the 105 range for several weeks in a row); so, we would spend time there in warmer part of the day. Wildlife was abundant on the property (opened the drapes in the living room one morning and had three deer staring in the front window at me). This property is very conveniently located some 10-15 miles south of Livingston and 45 (a guess) miles north of the north entrance to the park. If you're a fly fisherman, its within 3-5 miles of the famous Paradise Valley spring creeks, and, of course, the Yellowstone River, with private access to the latter. Livingston is a neat place to visit and we also spent one afternoon shopping in Bozeman (about a 45 minute drive). Again, I cannot say enough good things about this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in beautiful Paradise Valley. We definitely would stay here again (and hope to do so)."

  • Outstanding cabin and property

"Excellent cabin and deck. Very clean, well organized. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking supplies, outdoor grill was well used. So handy to have washer and dryer to keep up with a family of 5 !! The 8 and 4 year old grandaughters loved the loft area. Nice to have air conditioning as a couple days were quite warm. The best part was early in morning the views fabulous and late at night when stars were amazing. Would not hesitate to book this property again, great memories thanks"

  • A beautiful home!!

"We loved the time we had in the Old Chico Cottage. It is a beautiful home and the sound of the river rushing was soo nice to fall asleep and wake up to. The home had everything we needed, would have loved to stay all summer. The Chico Hot Springs was just down the road with restaurant and a little further was a great burger stop. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the Yellowstone area Thank you Heather!!!"

  • Even more than we expected!

"This place was so amazing. It was our 41 st annivasary and a very special trip for our 6 yr old grandson. We are born and bred Texans but believe we fould convert quickly! We spent 1 week in Montana exploring Yellowstone and another week in Wyoming exploring the Grand Tetons and all her beauty. The 6 yr old was never even slightly bored. He loved every moment. Him and GranPa would act like there was a baby deer outside our window. I would hear the hush, hush wisperings going on and would quickly sneak a peek outside. They would quickly laugh outloud! They were looking at the "littlebaby deer" on the big flower pot. Thought they were pulling one on me every time! We loved the privacy and feeling that we were all alone. The cabin is situated so that you dont realize the owners are next door. We love, love, loved this place. Hopefully we will be back next year, if my health doesnt fail! Thank uou so much for the use of your home."
