  • Truly a 5-Star Experience!!

"My wife, daughter and I had the privilege of spending four nights at this property the first weekend in August 3026 and it was amazing! Scott and Susan have a beautiful home that is well-decorated and appointed. They welcomed us personally when we arrived, giving us a tour of the home along with some great tips for places to visit and things to see in the area. There are beautiful views of the mountains and valley from the back deck, and the house offers a very open and airy feel in the living area. The large windows along the east (?) side of the house offer gorgeous views of the mountains from the dining room table! The kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils anyone would ever need, ant the pantry was well-stocked with spices and freshly roasted coffee beans. The downstairs area was especially pleasant because we visited during a "heat wave" (per the locals, but I had to laugh because we were visiting from the southern US where the temps had been in the high 90's with heat indices in the 105 range for several weeks in a row); so, we would spend time there in warmer part of the day. Wildlife was abundant on the property (opened the drapes in the living room one morning and had three deer staring in the front window at me). This property is very conveniently located some 10-15 miles south of Livingston and 45 (a guess) miles north of the north entrance to the park. If you're a fly fisherman, its within 3-5 miles of the famous Paradise Valley spring creeks, and, of course, the Yellowstone River, with private access to the latter. Livingston is a neat place to visit and we also spent one afternoon shopping in Bozeman (about a 45 minute drive). Again, I cannot say enough good things about this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in beautiful Paradise Valley. We definitely would stay here again (and hope to do so)."

  • Awesome!

"The house was great. I've stayed at a bunch of VRBO and Home Away rentals and this was the best overall for being well stocked with everything you can ever need. We launched kayaks a few times right behind the house and floated down the Yellowstone river. Saw some deer from the house too! Beds were very comfortable and there were yummy brownies waiting for us when we arrived. I recommend this house for sure."

  • Ever Changing View

"We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very roomy and well equipped for the large family stay. We did miss having a TV for keeping up to date with news, air conditioning would have been very much appreciated since it was very HOT when we arrived and 2 days after. Even room units would have been helpful. They were not needed every day however. The Bedrooms were were well supplied and had room to store all of our belongings. The Kitchen/Dining/Great Room area was large well furnished and comfortable. The Kitchen was well equipped with all utensils, pots and pans and dishes. We had 8 adults and 3 children for Dinner and everyone had a great time. When we go back we will consider this property again. The Banthem's of Maryland"
