  • Comfy, spacious and well located

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. David and Abby were so helpful and kept in touch before, during and after our stay. They also gave us a great list of recommendations which we managed to get through very well. The house is fully prepared for any event, even though we had terrible weather we still were kept very entertained using the well stocked kitchen and board games provided. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. Thanks for having us!"

  • A perfect stay!

"Our stay at Mary's house was perfect. The house had a great layout for our group of friends and couples, and the backyard is beautiful, better even than the photos suggest. The pool is gorgeous and clean, and the patio has comfortable chairs for lounging and a table where we drank and dined al fresco. The kitchen is stocked with supplies for cooking a big meal, and equipped with nice stainless appliances. The house is also stocked with plenty of beach chairs, towels and umbrellas and provides quick access to the local beaches. The location is extremely convenient: every day we walked to Mary's Marvelous for breakfast and coffee, the shops on Newtown Lane are just around the corner, and the house is just a quick walk from the train station (note to light sleepers, though we weren't bothered by it). Mary was very helpful and accommodating leading up to our visit, and was easily reachable for questions during our stay. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend!"

  • Beautiful Beach House

"We booked this house for a week in early September. It is very spacious, well appointed, tastefully decorated and perfectly located for a relaxing escape from the city. Frankly the house was too big for our little family (two adults and one toddler) but we won't complain about having so much living space and such generous bedroom/bathroom layouts. A short walk down the street leads to the nearest beach, and a short drive takes you to Maidstone Park, which has sheltered beaches that were perfect for our son to experience the water without waves and lots of people. Beyond these immediate amenities, the house is close enough to East Hampton while being far enough away to feel like an escape. Springs is a very special and unique part of Eastern Long Island, that we would recommend to anyone looking to get away from the hustle. Love this house. Hope that we can return for another week in 2017!"

  • Great summer weekend!

"This house was perfect for an end of summer weekend getaway with a group of friends. The pictures shown are EXACTLY how the house appears. Pottery barn meets Hamptons chic. The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, complete with shampoos, body wash, and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils and cooking supplies, should you need them, and opens up to a great large table that can seat everyone. The pool is huge (and heated) so just bring along your large inflatable swan and enjoy. The house is also not far from the beach, town, restaurants, and the Wölffer winery. The owner, Todd, was very responsive to set the rental up and he provides you with all the information and instructions you will need to make your stay enjoyable. Bottom line, if you are looking for a house to enjoy out in the Hamptons, look no further!"
