  • Amazing house in a beautiful club

"Sixteen of us stayed at the beautiful Sand Simeon this week, and it is a wonderful home. There was plenty of room inside and out for relaxing and entertaining. The kids had a blast in the pool, which never felt crowded despite the number of people. The kitchen was very accommodating, although be aware there were a few items, like a griddle for pancakes, that surprisingly weren't there. Wasn't a big deal though! The pluses were how comfortable the beds were (we all slept wonderfully!!); the extra refrigerators were awesome and the ice maker was a beast cranking out ice; the layout of the house is so well done, especially for those with kids; and the proximity to the house to the main pool and fitness center was nice. I would have given this beautifully decorated house five stars, but there were several things that bothered me: none of the audio around the pool worked, despite a technician coming to take a look; there's no outdoor seating on the first or second floor balconies, which would have been a nice place to eat or sit out of the sun; and I was a little disappointed that the house didn't come with any extras like discounted golf, beach chairs or bikes. It also didn't come with a single roll of toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, which was annoying before we went shopping. Overall, these are minor annoyances and seven days at this beautiful house were just what me and my family needed to have fun, relax and unwind."

  • June 2016 Stay

"We had a great time and this house was perfect for two families with five kids total. So many things were convenient: The trolley to the beach, the assistance getting our beach stuff on and off the beach, and people came around to put the trash cans out and put them back away. Pool and hot tub were convenient to house and one another. Negatives: wifi is completely horrible and is not password secured, upstairs master BR bed is too small, and upstairs master BR ceiling kept us awake, downstairs BR's were too warm, front porch was dirty and unusable. Overall, house was convenient, easy to be in for a week, and afforded our friends and us a relaxing time together."

  • September 2016 Stay

"We all had a wonderful stay. The lighting in this house was spectacular with the beautiful windows. The house looked to be professionally decorated. We appreciated the paintings as I'm an artist. There were cherry hardwood floors upstairs and slate floors downstairs, beautiful granite kitchen counters & bar area. The ovens & stove top were upgraded quality. The kitchen was filled with everything a gourmet cook would need and we did cook. The house had 2 dishwashers. Having The baby grand piano was delightful as my husband entertained us. There was also a great surround system throughout the house. The accommodations were comfortable with plenty of room. We loved the screen porch area which overlooked the pool & golf course. The top deck we used in the morning drinking our coffee. The property provided privacy. A wonderful place to enjoy your vacation."
