    "So sad to leave. We can't believe how amazing this home is. We loved sipping coffee in the morning and wine at night on the deck, overlooking the eighth hole. The pool was pristine and the location was peaceful and quiet. My husband and father in law enjoyed a round of golf. The entire community was immaculate. We're definitely returning next year! ❤️. Made for some wonderful memories."

  • Lovely home, needs a few preparation tweaks.

    "Lovely home. Enjoyed our stay. Several minor issues / suggestions: 1) Large wasps (and their nests) need to be exterminated from eaves of the house (in the back where the decks are, particularly on the third floor. Made it difficult to use the 3rd floor deck, and several got in the house and had to be dispatched (at risk of being attacked.) 2) Steps from the front hall up to the second level were not very clean. 3) Requiring guests who are paying as you are asking should not be asked to vacuum the floors, particularly of a house as big as Sound and the Fury. If an elderly guest has a heart attack vacuuming, is there a liability issue? 4) Wi-Fi password should have been included in the welcome basket by the front door. I had to contact the office for it. 5) For convenience of your guests, I would include a few large trash bags and starter toilet paper."

  • October 2016 Stay

    "Great property with lots of amenities & well-equipped kitchen. We would have preferred a king size bed in the master bedroom, and placemats for the glass table in the dining room. There were several maintenance issues--the outside lights on the front of the house were not working making it difficult to see at night; the gas grill had a build up of grease in the coals and the auto ignition switch was not working; we could not get the broiler in the oven to work either. We reported these items to maintenance however we were unable to stick around long enough to see if they were resolved due to hurricane Matthew."
