  • Clean, quiet and fun Condo

"Our stay at the Bluff Villa condo was fantastic. The condo was clean, quiet and much larger that we expected. My daughter, son-in-law, two grand kids, wife & I loved being within walking distance to the beach and all the amenities South Beach Marina had to offer. A couple small things you could add or change- Some trash liners and laundry detergent packets. Some plastic glasses and bowls- nothing got broken but nerve racking with small kids. The glass coffee table is very heavy to move out of the way to open the sofa bed, there are scratches where it has been slid away. It also has sharp corners that my son-in-law cut his shin on. Last a sign or notice that beach chairs & umbrellas are available to rent from the Beach Patrol would be good information. Overall we had a great stay. Chris was very quick to respond by email and the access was easy."

  • Quiet condo with beautiful view

"Very nice property, with a 3 min walk to the Salty Dog via path from the complex to the Salty Dog area. The sound is right across the street. The view from the back porch is beautiful! Well appointed condo. Very quiet and comfortable."

  • Great Location in Sea Pines Resort

"My girlfriend and I stayed at this condo with in the Bluff Villas area of the Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head from the 23 to the 28 of August. This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island, and we would definitely come back. The room has a great view of Calibogue sound for sunsets and easy beach access. Since it was late August, the heat and humidity were almost unbearable, especially coming from CT summers, but the AC unit worked wonders in keeping the room cool. Like Preston stated, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to make breakfast. There were plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, and other items. Although we didn't use the clothes washer, we found the rest of the bathroom to a good size for two people. It is less than a 5 minute walk to South Marina Village for restaurants such as the Salty Dog Cafe, shopping, and nightly live entertainment. Although a little farther away we also visited harbor town which is a bike ride or short drive away. There is a dinner cruise leaving from below the lighthouse that was wonderful as well a many other restaurants and shopping in the area. The harbourtown bakery was a great spot for coffee and breakfast. Closer to the entrance of the Sea Pines Resort are the Lawton Stables, were we did a morning trail ride that was a lot of fun. The guides made sure everyone was comfortable with their horse and made my first riding experience very enjoyable. Since we had a car we made a day trip to Savannah for lunch and a Trolley Tour. I would definitely recommend this if you have a car. Make sure to check out the City Market and Riverwalk areas. We also made our way into Hilton Head for shopping and dinner on a different night. That being said, a car is definitely not necessary to stay here. Since everything is a walk or bike ride away we could have parked our car and not moved it until we left. I would definitely recommend a stay here for a couple (or 2, since the room sleeps 4 with a pullout couch) and would even come back myself."

  • Love this villa!

"Just returned from our spring break week in Hilton Head. This is the 4th time we have rented this villa. It is clean, well maintained, comfortable, and a perfect location. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Definitely planning to return to this villa again next year."
