  • Wonderful Property In A Perfect Location

"The Belltown Court Condo was perfect for my spring break stay. The unit is clean and well maintained, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. This property places you in a great location downtown, within walking distance to many popular attractions. The owners were accommodating and checked in with me during the visit. While traveling solo, I always felt safe in this building. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here on my next visit to Seattle!"

  • Perfect location for Seattle experience

"My wife and I stayed 5 nights for our anniversary - our first trip to Seattle. The location was ideal - about halfway between the Pike Market and the Space Needle. The apartment was very nice - clean and well-furnished. Private parking was a plus. There were tons of great restaurants nearby, and the Space Needle is only a 10 minute walk. Street noise was obtrusive at times, but we considered it part of our city experience. Thanks so much for making it a great stay."

  • Definitely recommend

"Never having been really close to the downtown area of a big city, we were a little skeptical of location when we first arrived. However, we quickly found out there is tons to do and eat within walking distance and surprisingly an enormous number of people are really friendly around this area, and in Seattle in general. The property is very up to date, comfortable furniture/bedding, and the only things I found that could be referrred to as "damages" were a few scuffs on the walls. The entire building seems to be a relaxed and quiet community. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody, especially since the owner and property manager are both very easy to work with."

  • Charming Little Flat

"I must say that the photos advertised on Home Away for this particular property were true to form. I arrived in Seattle, nervous about the process of gaining access to this darling little flat, only to find that obtaining the keys to the unit was effortless. I took the subway from the SEATAC Airport (about 30 min ride) to WestLake Station, in the heart of downtown and about 5 blocks to the KeyCafe at Clay's Market next to the convention center. The directions given were easy to follow as I quickly opened the secured key box. A very good idea to keep with you the codes that the owner sends for without them, there is no way to gain access to the property. As I'd arrived early, I took to walking to the Seattle Art Museum, leisurely blocks from Clay's Market and spent the afternoon admiring the collections and the special exhibits of Goya, Picasso, Hogarth, Durer and Rembrandt. Lunch and a little shopping at the nearby Target completed much of my afternoon and so I walked back toward the convention center, only to find that the flat was literally around the corner from Clay's Market (5 to 10 min walk.) With instructions in hand, I immediately gained access to the building and was in the unit in no time. The flat was very clean and as advertised. It had all of the amenities for one person and could easily accommodate two people. Beyond that, it would be a bit crowded. The bed was comfortable. And while I didn't use the kitchen much, it was thoroughly stocked with dishes and glasses etc. The lighting in this flat was okay. It could use more standing lamps in the corners of the living area for folks like me who read a lot. The bathroom could use a soap dish and a floor mat for the shower. The bedroom could definitely use another table and lamp to brighten up the place. If I were staying there a week, more towels would definitely be in order. I was there for 3 days. The flat was amazingly quiet and I never heard people in other units. Overall, this was a wonderful experience as the flat was most convenient to my meeting place and to great shops and restaurants. The famed Capitol Hill was a stone's throw away, where I walked to have dinner. I would most definitely stay at this flat again and would highly recommend it to others. The owners were most accommodating. Michael"
