  Thanksgiving Holiday, my family of 5 and myself was quite impressed with our visit at the Fantasy World Resort! Our location was great, our place was clean, spacious and most of all convinient to Disney, Universal Studios and shopping. Oh yeah and Walmart is about a block away. It was six of us from ages 6, 12,18, 24 and 45. There was plenty of activites at fantasy world for all of us to do at all times. The heated pools and jacuzzi was a great hit for us all.The weather was fantasic! I can't wait to get back there. The owner is extremely professional and friendly. First time using VRBO, initially i was worried, but the Owner put all my worries to ease with, fast, friendly and professional responses. Did I mention extremely economical! We would definitely stay again and again and again!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  We rented this condo 6/23 - 6/30 to visit WDW. Overall our experience was good. The owners were extremely easy to work with. There were a few things I think the owners need to change. The kitchen isn't stocked well enough to cook for a family. There's only one set of pots and pans. It also only has a small office sized trash can. We thought this was extremely unusual and annoying when the cooking full meals. The coffee maker stopped working one morning. We had to go to Seven 11 to get some. When we arrived back from the parks later that day they'd delivered another one. Another issue was it's never mentioned that there's $12.50 per day charge to utilize the main pool (with slide) and shuttles. We didn't mind paying just thought it would have been nice to know ahead of time. WE ended up driving and paying to park instead. The condo is close to Walmart, Publix and WDW. We would stay again due to the price.

  My mom, son and I stayed 3 nights and 4 days in this townhouse. It was extremely wonderful! This rental is in a great location with a Publix (grocery store) across the street. We did not get to visit the pool, but it sure looked like fun! There were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets which were not needed, but nice to know they were there. Easy to find with Target, Walmart close even JoAnn fabrics down the road. I know the rental is weather resistant due to the fact there was a tropical storm that hit the Sunday night we were there! Pretty interesting to see all the lightening, rain and wind. The area is quiet and clean, literally 10 minutes from WDW. I would highly recommend this to anyone who would like a home atmosphere while vacationing. I hope to return in January if its just my mom and I again to pick my son up from WDW, if the rest of the family isn't able to come.

  This was our first stay at a condo and we loved it. The condo was as described and then some. The resort looked great, we were so busy that we didn't get a real chance to check it out. The owners were a great help even called to make sure all was well. It was so nice to feel at home instead of like a guest. Everything is close by including attractions (Disney, Universal, Seaworld) food (Arby's, Olive Garden and others) and stores (Walmart, Publix and others). The laundry area was a big help too. We had a great view of the pool and tennis area. We couldn't believe how peaceful it was. We would love to stay again and have told our friends and family all about our stay. Thanks so much for a great vacation.

  We just got home and I want to go back. Everything is as was described in lisiting!!!! Safe and quiet!!! The condo is clean and well kept. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, even the fluffy towels were great!!! Unfortunately didn't get much of a chance to explore the property, because we were so exhausted from Disney!!! 7-11, supermarket and walmart all within a 5 minute drive. Sooooo convenient!!!! Owners always had a quick response to all inquiries.

  We stayed from May 6-16 (Family of 4, 1 child) and found the place to be just perfect for us. The description given was head-on accurate (including photos, appearance and amenities). The property was well maintained. We received an email from the owner explaining everything which was very useful since it answered all our questions and attached in the same email were driving instructions from the airport including a map of how to get to the apartment once we arrived at the resort. I would definitely recommend this place to any family member and/or friends. Nearby there are so many places for everything (dining, shopping etc). We drove to Disney in just about 5-10 minutes each day and Universal wasn't that far either. You can use both highways 530 or 192 which are very easy to get around. Whenever I plan my next trip to Orlando, we're definitely staying here again.

  Stayed at this property for two months this year and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and the quick response to resolving any issues we had. Kate supplied us with very detailed excellent material in advance of our stay. Amenities were quite adequate and it was a real bonus to have laundry facilities. The location is ideal for any age of traveller - close to golf courses, shopping, Disney and many other attractions. Olive Garden and the Longhorn restaurants were very close and the food at these places is excellent. Definitely would like to stay at this property again. Thanks again for making our stay so enjoyable.

  My family had the pleasure of staying in the townhome in september 2010 for 8 nights and we were really suprised at the accomodation that tim supplied. Everything was in excellent working order it was spotlessly clean and comfy. My two kids loved their own room which gave my wife and I our own privacy it's way way better than a hotel that gives just one room!! We will definitely stay again in the future. Thanks Tim for a great rental in a great location

  I went to Disney June the 30Th to July the 8th 2010 (8nights). This place is well located near services,outlets,highways and pretty close to Disney (15 minutes to Animal and Epcot 25 to Magic Kingdom). This condo has a very good location on site,the pool and the tennis is in the backyard like home. The division on the condo is ideal because childrens can go to their room on second floor and use to the parents room if they want different actyvities. The furniture and decoration are better than the pictures on internet (it was not the same). It was very clean too and well equiped, you don't need to bring anything for kitchen.The only thing negative thing is the floor with carpet everywhere exept kitchen and bathroom. You have be careful of everything because you don't want to do a mess or always walk on the carpet with shoes.Think about it if your childrens got carpet allergys... But for the location and the price you can't have something better.I would certainnely recommand that place. I would like to go back in a couple of years because Fantasy World Resort put a lot of money to improve the place for example water slides and lazy river.
