Beautiful, newly renovated (2006 & 2007-new bath) 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town home in the private, gated, ocean front Shipyard plantation community.

This smoke free home sleeps 6 comfortably. The master has a queen bed, the guest room has 2 twin beds and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. For your convenience, departure maid service is included, as is hi speed wireless internet.

Harbourmaster is a small, quiet area within Shipyard where you and your family will have privacy but are within minutes of the new Shipyard Beach Club, 27 hole Shipyard Golf Course and 12 miles of live oaks shaded bike trails. Our community also has a pool for owners & guests, and the pool is along the 5th fairway of the Clipper Course.
