With living area, full kitchen, and even game room and workout area all fully furnished in the 1800sf. The bedroom downstairs will accommodate 4 people (1 Full & 1 Queen Bed), convertible beds will accommodate up to 4 more for a total of 8 people. The entire home offers 2-Living areas, 2-Full Kitchens, 2-Dinning areas, 3-Full Bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms (1-King, 3-Queens, and 1-Full) and will sleep up to 16.
The more than 2200 square feet of deck can be enjoyed by anyone staying at this beautiful home whether renting just 1800sf or 5,000sf. The pictures do not do justice to the awesome views from inside the house and from the upper and lower decks. The rope swing brings out the child in all of us! When you walk upstairs it looks like the home sits over the lake instead of 25 feet from the shore line.

Voted the World's Best Waterpark 10 Years in a Row! Schlitterbahn is a German word meaning "slippery road".
Landa Park has both a man-made Olympic pool and a gorgeous Spring fed swimming hole that rivals Barton Springs. There is a large bathhouse, built in 1937. Golf Course & Kiddie Train Ride too.
This old historic town features one of the oldest saloons in Texas along with many shops and eateries.
