Why the Owner Chose Kahana
We purchased our condominium in Maui in 1999. We love our neighborhood, and the West side. We are close to everything, but Kahana is a bit quieter than the tourist filled resorts in nearby Kaanapali, Kapalua and Lahaina. We enjoy the beautiful view from our Lanai, the ocean breeze off the water, and the pretty and private Kahana Beach, just across the street. We feel like locals when we are in Maui.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condominium is close to the beaches and all the local action in Lahaina and the nearby resorts. Nothing on the West side is more than 10 minutes away. And our condominium is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a nice meal, if you choose. Plus Roy's of Kahana, Dollie's pub and other great restaurants are right around the corner, if you don't feel like cooking. You can relax at the pool and hot tub, or play tennis on our courts. Plus, staying at a condominium in Maui is a good value.

Hi - we are Rick and Micki Jacobs, and most of the time we live in Spokane, Washington. My husband and I both have a deep connection to Maui, and have been coming here for years. We have 5 kids (4 girls and a boy) between the ages of 21 and 30, and a brand new grandchild!
