This gorgeous townhouse (Kahana Villas Resort) is very large and located directly across the lower beach road from Kahana Beach, with spectacular views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai from the spacious lanai and master bedroom. With two full bedrooms and baths and a well-equipped kitchen, this unit is ideally suited to share with another couple, or for a family vacation.
Comfortable and spacious with 1300 square feet of living space, plus a spacious lanai, this condo has all the comforts of home. Washer/Dryer in unit, Swimming Pool, Hot tub, and Tennis Courts, Barbecue Area at the pool.
There are many great restaurants within walking distance - eat like a local at Dollies or Maui Brewing Co, or go upscale at Roys of Kahana. We are conveniently located between the resorts of Kaanapali and Kapalua, close to golf and all the best beaches - and just minutes to Lahaina Town.

Why the Owner Chose Kahana
We purchased our condominium in 1999. We love our neighborhood, and the West side. We are close to everything, but Kahana is a bit quieter than the tourist filled resorts in nearby Kaanapali, Kapalua and Lahaina. We enjoy the beautiful view from our Lanai, the ocean breeze off the water, and the pretty and private Kahana Beach, just across the street. We feel like locals when we are in Maui and hope you will too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condominium is close to the beaches and all the local action in Lahaina and the nearby resorts. Nothing on the West side is more than 10 minutes away. We take pride in our condi, and we have it fully stocked with everything you might need to make a nice meal, if you choose. Plus Roy's of Kahana, Dollie's pub and other great restaurants are right around the corner, if you don't feel like cooking. You can relax at the pool and hot tub, or play tennis on our courts. Plus, staying at a condominium in Maui is a good value.

Hi - we are Rick and Micki Jacobs, and most of the time we live in Spokane, Washington. My husband and I have a deep connection to Maui, and have been coming here for years. My husband learned to surf in Santa Barbara and Maui, just up the road from our condo. We have 5 kids (4 girls and a boy) between the ages of 23 and 32, and a young grandson. We love Maui and take special pride in our home and we offer what we think is the best way to visit Maui - from the comfort of your own special home away from home. We love the beaches here and all the water activities Maui has to offer, snorkeling, diving, fishing - and just hanging out at the beach! There are many nice restaurants close by, and lots to do nearby.

This condo was perfect for our family (2 couples and one toddler). It was beautiful, well maintained, very convenient to the beach, shops, pool, etc. The view was out of this world - most days we sat and stared at the surfers and whales from the lanai for hours! (we saw dozens of humpbacks every day - amazing!). A good value. The owners were easy and pleasant to work with.

We just returned from 10 days at this beautiful condo. The layout was perfect for our family, as both our girls had the second bedroom right across the hall from us. The master bedroom has gorgeous views from the floor to ceiling windows and we all had our own bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the the lanai was fantastic. Our favourite thing was to sit on the lanai and soak up the sun while watching the whales breaching right in front of us. It was truly amazing. Thanks Micki for letting us stay at your wonderful home.

We loved the condo, the view was better than we expected and the location was great. The condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. You are rewarded every afternoon with a fantastic sunset. The owners provide a lot of useful info on what to do and where to eat. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to our friends.

I took our family of 5 to Maui (me, my wife and our three sons ages 17,14 and 9). This was an AWESOME spot to stay in Maui. Very clean, beautiful view and great location. You can also walk to restaurants and convenience stores which is a big plus! Owners leave great information as to how to enjoy both the condo and Maui. Would LOVE to stay hear again and highly recommend it.
