  This Kahan condo was PERFECT for my family. Everything was as promised. The view was awesome. We've stayed in the Honokawai, Kahana and Napili area at least 6 times. This condo was nicely appointment, quiet, and very convenient. Kapalua is our favorite beach, but this trip we spent more time at Kahana Beach. It was a 2 minute walk from the condo -- and we didn't have to fight parking or pack the car. Micki's description of the condo was very accurate. The beds were comfortable, appreciated having the beach accessories from previous guests (cooler, umbrella, chairs), and the furniture/appliance quality was high. The weather was absolutely gorgeous during our visit, so never even turned on the A/C. However, we know it can be hotter during other season so appreciate that the A/C was available -- with the bedrooms being upstairs it is few degrees warmer. We'll definitely continue our regular visits to Maui. Next time will make an immediate contact to Micki to see if the condo is available! My family would rent again without a second thought.

  Our family had a great time at your condo. The kids loved sleeping with the screens closed and listening to the ocean waves hitting shore. The kitchen and barbeque were great for us, as we barbequed or cooked in most every night. It was a great end of day to use the Weber by the pool, meet some of the neighbors and other travelers and let the kids use the swimming pool and hottub. The location was perfect for us as we really like the Kaanapali and Lahaina areas. Our kids took surf lessons twice and loved the ocean. We went on a Trilogy snorkel tour and saw the most incredible Whale scenes ever, with 6 or 7 coming vertically straight out of the water! We were there for Easter and had a great brunch at Mama’s Fish House, it was excellent. We also found the best snorkel area for our family at Honolua Bay, where my 9 year old son saw his first large turtle and watched some great surfers. The locals told us its some of the best surfing in all of Maui. Thanks again for the use of your condo, we felt like it was part of our home.

  We were happy overall with this property. The listing description was very accurate on all accounts. The property is starting to show its age a little bit but was very clean. The owner was outstanding and very quick to respond to all emails. (That impressed me very much.) We LOVED eating a leisurely breakfast on the Lanai every morning watching the whales and surfers. We cooked over half of the evenings we were there and had adequate cooking utensils to meet all of our needs. The grills down by the pool were excellent. In suite laundry was ideal. Short drive to a supermarket, even shorter drive to a farmers market and organic grocery store, short walk to a McDonalds for coffee or late night junk food craving, the beach across the street was very nice, 15 min drive to Lahaina......So many positives, we could go on and on. The only suggestions I would make would be: -a new vacuum cleaner (the existing one didn't work very well for our mid-holiday quick clean) -sort out the sewer smell that was in the 1 bathroom (we called the property managers, the smell got better but did not go away. The owner was going to have it looked at further). The smell wasn't pleasurable, but it was tolerable. Unfortunately (but out of the control of the owner), the gym that was down the road that we were looking forward to using, has burnt down! Just a heads up to future renters that this is no longer available. Overall, a great stay. Thank you so much to the owners.

• Great condo

  Just a note about our recent stay at this condo. There were four of us that stayed here which can easily accommodate another couple with the sleeper sofa. It is a very comfortable condo, with all the amenities needed to have a great holiday. There is extra bedding, towels, kitchen appliances etc. We loved the view and got to watch all the whales going by and all the surfers as well. Our hosts did a great job by welcoming us with flowers and a bottle of wine. A really nice touch. They were very easy to work with in booking this condo. We would stay here again. The complex is large but not overwhelming. The pool is handy, with a bbq. The weather was good but had lots of wind and rain on certain days but also lots of hot ones. If West Maui is your destination you are close to many activities and beaches. We enjoyed the local farmers market and coffee shops. Thanks again for a great stay!

  the condo was well equiped, very clean and had a beatiful view of the pacific ocean from the laini. It is very close to the small west Maui airport. Dolly's restaurant is within walking distance. Good food but a little noisy. The owner provided boogie boards beach towels and picnic coolers.

  We LOVED staying in this condo! It was so beautiful and we had everything we needed. It was close to lots of things to do. The listing and description were dead on! The owner was extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. When we left, my husband said, "I would totally stay here again!" Thanks so much!

• Fantastic Experience

  This condo was perfect for our group of 6. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a huge couch that fit 2 more people. The view from the lanai was beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast there every morning. The beach is literally right across the street and has great snorkeling. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance, including a Boss Frogs to rent snorkel, surfing equipment and book excursions. Kapaulua, Lahaina and Kaanapali are all within a 5-10 minute drive which allowed us easy access to more shops and food. All of us agreed that we will be staying in the same condo when we come back to Maui!

  My family of 6 (including grandparents and two young kids) stayed at this property for six nights in late July. We enjoyed our stay very much. Nothing feels better than enjoying a nice home-cooked dinner with a fantastic sunset view! Convient location, close to market, coffee shop, gas station, etc.. This is definitely a better choice than hotel when traveling with a big family. It is also very nice that the place provides beach chairs, noodles, and boogie boards as they were used quite often during our stay and it is not cheap to rent them every day for a week! Vicki, the owner, is very helpful and did a great job putting together a very detailed guide to her condo. The self check-in and check-out process is convenient as we had a very late check-in and an early check-out. If I had to say something for improvement - the furniture and decoration was a little older than I expected as the condo looked like a newly remodeled one from the picture. Whoever took the pictures did a great job brushing it up. Anyone, I would recommend this place to families and friends.

  We really enjoyed this condo. You get a very private feeling when you sit on the lanai since you can not see any neighbors -- just the ocean right across the street! We enjoyed a gorgegous sunset every night! The beds are super comforable and the AC in the master bedroom is dreamy (it has a quiet function so you stay cool all night with no noise!). Felt a little guilty since the AC doesn't hit the second bedroom and my 6 year old son felt that wasn't fair (the second bedroom is cooled by a fan and the windows). It wasn't hot in the second bedroom but it is probably fair to note that the AC does not reach that room. The beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc where all deluxe (really nice soft towels) andthe big bonus was finding the Kahana Sports Club 1 block away that has daily, weekly, and 10 pass options. There dont seem to be a lot of condos that have fitness rooms so this option was great! The pool was very nice. There were many times over our stay that we had it to ourselves and then other times when a handful of kids would come and my son had a great time playing with them. Our favorite beach was Napili Kai - great snorkeling, swimming, and very family oriented - you can go to the SeaHouse and get drinks/snacks. I also really appreciated that the owners used all the electronic pay options so it is easy to rent and remember when your payments are due. Thanks!

  was an excellent condo. large and spacious, well furnished. excellent location - on kahana beach. 5 min drive to kaanapali, napili and dt fleming beaches. micki was extremely nice and promptly responded to emails.

Guests must be at least 25 years old, unless accompanied by a parent or other person at least 25 years old.

Cleaning fee of $200 will be added to stays of less than 6 nights

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, 80% of your deposit will be returned. However, in the event we are able to re-book the unit at the same rate, we will refund 80% of your deposit. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival, early departure, or weather related. This is a non-smoking home. You are not permitted to smoke in the unit or outdoors on the Lanai. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit. You must be 25 years of age to rent this home and certify that you are over 25. The home has a maximum occupancy of six (6) guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. House parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
