This 5500-square-foot home was professionally decorated, featured in Mexicolor Book, and is full of architectural integrity.

It is extremely rare to find a home in the historic centro (center) part of town with a mesmerizing view of the Parroquia and ALL OF SAN MIGUEL from your living room, and if you can believe from the master suite bed!! I have yet to find another centro view as exquisite and magical, and all who see agree. The Jardin is just about a 3 minute walk.

Upon entering the home you will encounter the entrada with its beautiful columns and extremely high ceilings. You will have the sensation of being in an art gallery with its extensive collection of folk art and collector art, very prominently displayed. The home has a wonderful sound system with built-in speakers for optimum enjoyment of music. Pets are NOT allowed.

You will really enjoy the kitchen! It is colorful, spacious, bright, with many windows and a view of the Parroquia is icing on the cake! You will always have a wonderful view of the garden from the kitchen as well. This is a cook's dream kitchen!

The master suite consists of a sitting area with a California king-size bed from where you can marvel at the Parrochia. This suite is beautiful with many designer touches including antique doors which are found throughout the home. The living room also has gorgeous views. It is truly a sight to see the churches of San Miguel while sipping a margarita or a glass of wine. You might be tempted to enjoy your cocktail at sunset on the new rooftop terrace for the best panoramic view of San Miguel.

The garden is graceful and serene. There you can enjoy the built-in barbecue or relax on the new designer patio furniture. There are many fruit trees and beautiful flowers everywhere. Our knowledgeable gardener does a superb job. The casita or guest house is very charming and a real pleaser. It is a spacious, one bedroom, king-size bed, kitchen, TV, etc. It is also full of designer touches.

The house is staffed with a full-time maid who is delightful and is always a hit. She is honest, efficient, and cheerful. The gardener is also very reliable and professional and can also help with handy work.

  • Thank you for sharing your gorgeous villa with us. The four months flew by. We were very pampered and spoiled. We loved having one of the most beautiful views in the world right in our living room, instead of climbing to rooftops like in most other properties. Your art is stunning and the garden is spiritual. Cannot wait to return! Juana is very efficient and we loved her guacamole! We loved being being able to walk everywhere and hardly used our rental car!

  • My family and I absolutely loved this house! It was the perfect location-- a few blocks from the bustling activity of the Jardin, yet close enough to walk there in 5 minutes. And the views! Possibly the best from any home in San Miguel. I practiced yoga every morning on the rooftop, where we also had margaritas at sunset, and were in the best location to watch the fireworks on New Year's Eve. The kitchen was fun to cook in, and the art and gardens were gorgeous. Juana is very sweet and helpful. I would definitly recommend this house and stay in it again.
