Located within the historical center of San Miguel, and just a 3 minute walk to the Jardin, this stunning 4 bedroom retreat with it's colorful high ceilings, tons of natural light and architectural integrity, is also warm and inviting enough for just 2 people.
Can you picture yourself in the lush garden, in the newly completed solar heated jucuzzi, with the beverage of your choice, and listening to the melodious sound of the soft waterfall?
The master suite consits of a sitting room, and a california king size bed from where you can marvel at the Parroquia... this view will WOW you!! This very lovely and spacious suite has reading lamps and an enormous walk in closet! Electric blanket and or heated mattress pad for winter confort provided.
The second of the four bedrooms is quite large, has a king size bed, private full bath, much closet space and a reading lamp.
The remaing two bedrooms each have double beds. I have just remodeled one bath to this bedroom, with sumptuous copper sink and fixtures.
The living room has new upscale comfortable furniture for your enjoyment. Come and view all of San Miguel RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU...there is no better sight!
You will love the garden, it is lush with many sculptures from well known artist. Enjoy Jacuzzi, or dining al fresco. Kitcnen and bath just a few steps away for your comfort. In winter enormous Poinsettias in different colors will dazzle you.
The Casita or guest house is very charming and a real pleaser. It is a spacious , one bedroom, king- size bed, kitchen, TV, fire place, etc. full of designer touches...rents reparately.
The property is staffed with a full-time maid who is delightful and is very reliable. She is honest, efficient, and cheerful. The gardener is also very reliable and professional.

This house is even better than it sounds, beautiful and very comfortable. We spent the first few days taking pictures of the art work. An easy walk to the Centro, and easy to get a cab or a driver to sight- see further away. Incredible restaurants in town! Housekeeper is wonderful. We would definitely come back again.

This is by far the best view home my family and I have ever rented, and we are so pleased to recommend this artistic gem to all others. The property is extremely well located so our rental car was just a waste of money. The staff is very efficient and our needs were always met with a smile. Everyone in the family had there favourite spot in the house, mine was the garden.

Thanks so much for sharing a bit of Mexican paradise with us. The vistas from this property defy description. The big decision of the day, was to enjoy sunset on the very beautiful 360 degree view rooftop, or the living room with perfect views of all churches. Poor us! We loved your art, which was a Mexican history lesson, and truly magnificant. Wonderful antiques and rich color throughout the villa. Really enjoyed Garden, quite lovely. There were 4 of us, and each of us was enchanted with a differnent area of the house. So close to Jardin was a bonus Juana is one of the best, she actually started to anticipate our desires. I believe a good value .

Your villa was recommended by a colleague of mine who has travelled the world so i kind of thought we would be in good hands. WOW! What a spectacular property one of the best views ever! Loved waking up to the majesty of the Parroquio! Very well appointed! Close to main square. Everything about this stunner is a POSITIVE. Highly recommened.

Thank you for sharing your gorgeous villa with us. The four months flew by. We were very pampered and spoiled. We loved having one of the most beautiful views in the world right in our living room, instead of climbing to rooftops like in most other properties. Your art is stunning and the garden is spiritual. Cannot wait to return! Juana is very efficient and we loved her guacamole! We loved being being able to walk everywhere and hardly used our rental car!

I have been travelling to San Miguel for 15 years, but this is the most impressive villa I have experienced. The views of San Miguel from the living room and bedroom are magical...We had never seen anything as perfect, and all from the historical center. The villa has a gorgeous garden, and the color and art displayed is breathtaking. Juana made us feel most welcome, and we enjoyed her welcome gift! Really enjoyd the fresh herbs from garden WILL REFER WITH PLEASURE

Everything about this home and the experience of living in it was superb-- from the exquisite and meditative garden to the fantastic housekeeper. The house is spacious, functional, immaculate and gracious decorated with an exceptionally beautiful art collection. There were 4 of us and we were all very satisfied and very much of the opinion that it was a great value. It's also within easy walking distance of everything in wonderful San Miguel de Allende.

My family and I absolutely loved this house! It was the perfect location-- a few blocks from the bustling activity of the Jardin, yet close enough to walk there in 5 minutes. And the views! Possibly the best from any home in San Miguel. I practiced yoga every morning on the rooftop, where we also had margaritas at sunset, and were in the best location to watch the fireworks on New Year's Eve. The kitchen was fun to cook in, and the art and gardens were gorgeous. Juana is very sweet and helpful. I would definitly recommend this house and stay in it again.
