At the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Oceanfront Resort (number one rated family resort on the island)enjoy the gorgeous oceanview and sunrise on Hilton Head Island while residing in our completely renovated one bedroom, one bath villa. Our gold-rated accommodation in Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort has light decor, sleeps six and is fully furnished. It has a new kitchen, a new tile floor and new vanity and medicine cabinet in the bathroom.
Bunk beds are built into the wall in a private hallway in the villa. It has a new Sealy queen size bed and a new sleeper sofas. It is designated as non-smoking and the resort does not allow pets. A fishing lagoon and a nice large playground are within close proximity. The resort has the largest oceanfront pool on the island and the pool can be seen from the private balcony.
The ocean and can be seen and heard from the balcony of the villa. It is in an oceanfront resort and is just steps from the beach and the oceanfront pool The villa has a view of the sunrise over the ocean during certain times of the year.
Ten lighted tennis courts(free tennis), restaurants, beachside lounge, market, and sports bar are located on-site. The resort is protected by 24 hour security.
Walk the 12 miles of wide, sandy, white beaches or enjoy a day of golf, bicycling, tennis, or shopping. The island is renowned for its restaurants, specialty shops, outlet malls and golf courses. The tropically landscaped resort is located on the island's extensive paved bicycle trails.

Vickie, Thank you so much for letting us use your condo, What I saw on the Internet is was I got when I open your door, the description you made is right on, This was our first time in Hilton Head and it won't be our last, at the last minute our daughter decided to bring along a friend and I thought we were gona be a little thight but we wer'nt, Boy did they like the bunks in the wall, Only getting ready to go out it was, 3 girls and 1 Dad !! I got stuck with the cold shower, the resort was great, the bar was great, the pool was great, so close to the beach and yes the bike rental on the premises was great, 4 bikes for the week $100 dollars, ( I needed it to ride the 31 long Island Ice tea's my buddy and I had one afternoon ) why would anyone bring them, we really enjoyed our stay at your place, again, we can not wait to go back to Hilton Head, thank you for everything, It was a pleasure working with you.
Owner response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding our vacation home. It is good to get feedback from people actually using the condo so that we can see what types of small adjustments, etc. need to be made. We keep the water heater turned down a bit so that small children won't get burned but we will definitely look into tweeking it so that four people can take a shower before it runs out of hot water. But then again, with younger girls, that may be a mute tweek. I'm not sure what it is about those bunks but it seems that even the adult sized teeanagers in our family love them. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay Hilton Head and we hope that you will come back and visit us soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very inexpensive for the space. Short walk to the beach and large pool which were not crowded at all. Condo was very clean and has everything you need for your stay. We hope to stay there again next year!

We really enjoyed our week here at the Beach and Tennis Resort. Vickie was great in answering all my questions and even called me with suggestions about the area. This was our first time using VRBO and it could not have been easier. This is a great area, far enough away from the really touristy areas but close enough to enjoy them. The condo pictures are right on. You can hear and see the ocean from the balcony. We also loved the frogs. The condo was just the right size for us. Thought it would be too tight at first but we did not have any problems ( 4 adults and 2 kids for 3 of the 7 nights). The condo has everything you need. If you are thinking about bringing your bikes, don't bother you can rent them on the island for less than $25 per week. The bike trails are awesome. Great value, great owner, great beach! Thanks again for everything Vickie!

We just spent a wonderful week in this condo. The pictures do not do it justice. It was beautifully decorated and furnished - and the amenities couldn't have been better. All you need are some clothes and some groceries! Hope to go there again - I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a comfortable, clean place to vacation!
