Amelia Island Plantation is one of the premier oceanfront properties in Florida. The resort is gated and is a perfect place for a family beach vacation or a couples getaway. The resort offers 4 golf courses, a world class spa and racquet club, miles of beautiful beaches, endless bike trails, great dining, shopping and much more. You are also 15 minutes away from Fernandina Beach which is one of the most charming towns in Florida and 30 minutes away from Jacksonville, FL.
Our villa is on the top (third) floor of Beach Walker Condominiums. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with a pull out sofa bed in the living room. It was completely redecorated in the Spring of 2007 and is very family friendly. Two of the bedrooms have king beds while the third has a pair of twin beds. A full kitchen and washer/dryer are there for your convenience. Beach Walker has a great pool, grilling area and is on the beach

Our First Experience In Renting A Condo!

My family and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend. This was our first time in renting a vacation home. The owner was very helpful and informative to us. The condo was immaculate and had every amenity available. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the view from our balcony. It is breathtaking to say the least. We had a most wonderful vacation! I loved the decor of the condo. It was a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere! I will be renting this same unit again! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants a vacation with everything you could possibly want and need for a fantastic vacation getaway! Thanks so much for our wonderful experience! What a perfect vacation spot. The photos don't do it justice! The views from every window were stunning. The beach and pool were just steps away and the beach grilling was a fun event. We met the nicest people at the beach grills and many said that they come every year. I know why, as the location in The Plantation is safe and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and all the trails. Your villa is beautiful; it was very clean, fresh, stylish and had every convienence of home. I found 43 shark teeth on the beach and can barely wait to return and look for more. I can't thank you enough for sharing such a special place. I will definitely return and look forward to renting from you again.
