This custom home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool, large kitchen and incredible ocean views. The interior is well appointed from the kitchen with granite counters and all the utensils a gourmet would want to the spacious living area with a TV and wireless internet. It only gets better as you go outdoors on the private lanai to find a BBQ grill, plunge pool, another large outdoor dining and sun area and much more. The best part however is the location. You are out on a peninsula, which allows for privacy and security when you want it. However, you have the proximity to Roatan’s premier tourist area for nightlife, shopping and entertainment. All of these are a quick walk away. Additionally guests can enjoy the full range of fun activities Roatan has to offer easily from this house. Diving, Fishing, Beach, kayaks etc. are all within your reach. This home can be rented as a 2 or 4 bedroom unit so if you have a smaller group it is not as expensive. The pool has a view of the sea and if your tempted you can even take out the two Kayaks or use the top quality snorkeling gear the owners have provided for your use during your stay.
