Come stay in our beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, nestled in the Arapahoe National Forest. This fully furnished luxury condo features a full kitchen, gas fireplace, a deck w/ gas grill, washer/dryer, TV, DVD/VCR, a Jacuzzi tub, an incredibly comfortable living area and spectacular views from 3 huge picture windows surrounding this magnificent condo.
The master bedroom features a Simmons Beautyrest queen bed and private bath. Second bedroom features a Simmons Beautyrest queen bed (and a Pack-N-Play for babies/toddlers). Relax in the main living area with panoramic views in this beautiful end unit complete with a queen sofa sleeper for 2 additional guests. Unwind in either the indoor or outdoor hot tubs just a short walk from our front door!
Whether you like to ski, hike, bike, fish or shop you will enjoy your stay. The quaint towns of Dillon, Silverthorne are just down the hill and are full of shopping, excellent food and amenities. We are centrally located to 7 of the major ski resorts: Keystone (9 miles), Loveland (12 miles), Arapahoe Basin (13 miles), Copper (14 miles), Breckenridge (16 miles), Vail/Beavercreek (30 miles). Arapahoe National Forest trails are immediately out your door with abundant wildlife to watch (sometimes Moose right out your window)!!
Sunrise is spectacular with 3 large picture windows that surround the living/dining/kitchen area. Cuddle on the couch with a fire and a loved one for a fabulous way to start or end the day!
VACATION HOME TIP: Many vacation rentals in Summit County date back to the 70's. They have been slept in for the last 30 years and most we checked out still have what appears to be the original carpet. Our condo was constructed in 2000, it features modern design and furnishings not usually found in even the nicest resort hotels/condos here in Summit County.
No Smoking and No Pets. Our condo is professionally cleaned by the same person who cleans our home, not a cleaning company who doesn't care about the property. Rest assured it will be ready for you with clean linens, towels, dish's so you can do what you came here for...relax! We feel certain you will look forward to a return visit after staying in this heavenly get a away!

Why the Owner Chose Watch Hill
We decided to buy a condo in Summit County, CO, because we love to ski/ride, bike & hike as a family!! We are near 8 ski resorts, the condo backs up to National Forest for FABULOUS hiking, and Summit County has great bike paths all over! We don't fish - but I hear the fishing is great and it's 10 minutes away. Plus - shopping the outlet mall down the street is THE BEST!!! If you are lucky you may even get to see the resident moose or a fox or two!

Hello! We are so glad you have decided to stay in our condo!! My husband, Mike and I love to hang out in Summit County!!
