Hi,
Here is a picture of us doing one of the things we love best, hanging out on the slickrock. Kim is the Executive Director of the Moab Trails Alliance and spends her time writing grants to fund more non-motorized trails in the Moab area. Check out the new bike/pedestrian bridge across the Colorado River and stay tuned as it becomes linked to Moab City and SR 313. Eddie is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in shoulders with practices in Moab and Salt Lake City. He and Kim met on a blind date and tied the knot 4 years ago.

Why the Owner Chose Moab
While living in Moab for 22 years I have watched this community change immensely. I have seen a lot of development taking place, lots of people buying properties and upgrading them. I loved that Terry and Josh took an old derelict building on Center Street and converted it into functioning businesses in the front and two deluxe, unique condo properties in the back, complete with a fantastic private oasis garden. There is no place like it in town. This is where I would want to stay if I didn't already live here! P.S. Eddie agrees completely!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Well, we did stay here after we bought it to see if it was as perfect as we thought. Yes! There is no need for a car once you arrive. Everything in town is within walking or biking distance. The backyard, right out the back door, is private and perfect for after activity cocktail hour and grilling. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to whip up a feast. I haven't stayed there over Thanksgiving but the kitchen with its three ovens would make turning out that kind of dinner a breeze. Hate to cook? No problem. Walk downtown and find your favorite restaurant. There are plenty to choose from!

A Gem in Moab on Center Street

We knew when we first opened the door to the Center Street Condo that we'd found a gem. After driving several hours from North of Salt Lake, we were ready to relax, and relax we did. The condo had all the comforts of home, and more. We'd counted on picking up supplies, but wound up buying far less than we'd thought we would -- plenty of paper goods, bags, soap, even hand lotion and shampoo awaited us, little things in the scheme of things perhaps but nonetheless less we had to worry about shopping for during our limited time in town. We spent our days in Moab hiking and exploring Arches and Canyonlands, and Kel's recommendations came in very handy. Kel's notes on trails, sights, restaurants, etc. really did come in very handy and we carried them with us wherever we went, not knowing what decisions we'd wind up making as our afternoons unfolded. We had two very delicious and reasonably priced meals at Eddie McStiffs, about a half-block away, (awesome Cobb salads, fresh food and attentive service) and in general the location was just perfect for exploring downtown in the cooler evenings and as a perfect point of departure to all of our destinations. We loved Moab and the condo, and the personal touches and care the owners have put into this beautiful property make it a pampering, as well as worry-free, rental experience. This is a great place!! It is spacious, immaculately clean, quiet, and close to downtown. I will be recommending this place to all friends looking for a Moab getaway. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and clearly takes pride in this condo.

FANTASTIC. Huge yard with lots of room for post-ride cleanup, repairs, relaxation. The condo is spacious with high-end finishing and furnishing. Gourmet kitchen, massive luxury bathroom. Quiet location but walking distance to the heart of Moab. Simply unbeatable.
