This brand new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo is located near the center of the Mountain Village Core, and the front door is less than 100 steps from the Chondola (Lift 1). This recently built one-level condo has all upgraded appliances, new furniture and electronics. It has an open floor plan and features in floor radiant heating, a steam shower, and a whole house humidifier system.

The Gourmet Kitchen with granite counters, and high end appliances, invites you to cook an awesome meal after a day on the slopes. If you don't feel like cooking you can walk the short distance to the many restaurants in the Village Core, or hop on the free Gondola and hit the town of Telluride. The short walk to the Gondola gives you direct access to the town of Telluride, and the new grocery store in the Mountain Village.
Sit by one of the two fireplaces or enjoy a relaxing dip in the private hot tub. A great place for a family to enjoy a well deserved vacation.

The location of this condo is just as good as advertised! It is comfortable and well equipped. Great place to stay with small kids. Ski rental store is between you and the top of the slope making it even easier. We had never used oxygen before and it is the real deal. Our usual 48 hour adjustment period was completely gone! Don was easy to work with and Doug who lives in the building and manages it for him was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any (small) problem we had. We've been many places and this condo and Mountain Village are the absolute best!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Perfect place to ski in/out. Middle of everything and close to it all. Condo is clean, convenient, and better than advertised. Oxygen bar was a hit! So comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!
