This is a spacious (about 1000 square foot), single level, two bedroom, one bath duplex on the ground level, just a short walk to the pristine sands of Seal Beach and quaint Main Street, west of Pacific Coast Hwy. All one-level with patio area, and surrounded by both cozy cottages and magnificent mansions. Fully equipped and completely remodeled, with new appliances.. microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Bathroom is also completely remodeled with 2 sinks. King bed, double bed, queen fold-out and three twins (sleeps up to nine). Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated! Includes private one-car garage and street (public) parking.
Seal Beach is located just 22 miles south of Los Angeles, at the northern end of Orange County. Visitors seeking the California dream of beach, sun and ocean need look no further. Take sunset walks on the pier, watch world class surfing in both the quiet retreat of undiscovered Seal Beach, or world famous Huntington Beach. Walk to Main Street and appreciate the still small-town atmosphere of eclectic boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants.
In early April, the roar of Grand Prix race cars echoes through the city streets of Long Beach (just a mile north) during the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach. Weekends host a Farmers Market in the nearby Alamit's Bay Marina - and don’t miss the nearby Aquarium of the Pacific at Shoreline Village, at the foot of Pine Street in Long Beach. This is a harbor side shopping center with specialty shops, restaurants, a restored Looff carousel, and occasional live boardwalk entertainment.
It is twenty minutes to Newport Beach, and Balboa Island night life, 30 minutes to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, 45 minutes to Universal Studios and a two hour ferry to Santa Catalina Island (not to be missed!). Activities include fishing, sea kayaking, surfing, hiking, sailing, windsurfing, jet-skiing. Try whale watching or ride the Ferris wheel and the bumper cars at the Balboa Fun Zone - or take the Balboa Ferry to Balboa Island for just 60 cents!

Four of us decided to head to So Cal for the New Years. The unit worked out great for us. The owners provided fresh flowers and fruit for our arrival which was really nice. The unit is immaculate and the instructions spot on. We enjoyed walking to the pier from the unit and the sunsets at the beach were outstanding. Thanks for sharing your unit with us. We would do it again (although probably not Disneyland on New Years Eve!)

This was a fun vacation for our family. The owners thought of every little detail and it is decorated like a home and not a vacation rental. Upgraded everything and close to all the Orange County attractions like Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland and Angel Stadium. Or you can just walk to the beach and downtown restaurants and shops. Our family stayed in this property last summer and had 4 generations - 7 people live here very comfortably! Our dachsund Abbey also had a fanstastic visit with us and was very comfortable as well. We stayed in the upper unit this summer and if you have the opportunity, check out that review for more amazing vacation details for you and your family. These owners are absolutely amazing and their attention to EVERY detail is already addressed and there for you when you arrive.
