Sunny west facing charming studio with two small balconies. Studio features restored wooden parquet floor, situated on the 5th and top floor with elevator in a superb old hotel particulier building, almost completely restored only 500 metres from Louvre and Opera.
Very quiet and fantastic to have coffee, tea or aperitif on the small balcony taking in the Paris view. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine as well as a large bathroom with shower and heated towel rail. There is hanging space for clothes with two drawers and a TV with DVD and French channels only.Internet for e mails is available on request with a mini PC !Starbucks is 100 metres away with Wi-Fi connection if you have your own PC.
Monoprix store is 200 metres away as are small grocers shops and baker and the farmers market is Wednesday and Saturday in the Place du Marche St Honore close by that has a large number of different styles of restaurants.
Studio close to Old National Library well worth a visit as well as Palais Royal Gardens and the covered arcdades Gallerie Vivienne
Great wine shop bistro "Juveniles" on Rue de Richelieu as well as Le Dandy, Willies wine bar on rue des Petits Champs and Brasserie Colbert, rue Vivienne.
