Off the large kitchen is a great room with gas fireplace plus a 2nd family room and kitchen are downstairs. 3 full bathrooms and off street parking for 6+ vehicles, all of this and only minutes to shopping and the Casino. Great beach house with a great view. Sea Haven has beds for 22 people in six bedrooms. Two king, five doubles and eight twins. For small or large groups, multifamily, reunions or retreats Sea Haven has the room you need. We don’t count sofas as beds, but there are five of them between the two living rooms.
The great room kitchen area is big and has room for several cooks. The dining “long” table is ten feet long. Through the windows you may see deer wander around the yard, or just look at the ocean. You really will have a great visit
Sea Haven Cabin in Lincoln City is a vacation destination itself. The property and home are inviting and comfortable, and have a nautical theme throughout. You may explore the area or just hang around the house. In either case, Sea Haven is ideally suited for your needs. The Lincoln city location, in the Roads End area, gives you quick and easy access to beaches. The Chinook Winds Casino and Safeway are only a quarter mile away.
All three floors of Sea Haven have great ocean views, fully equipped kitchens, including coffee makers, waffle irons, toasters, microwaves, and an outside barbeque. All you need to bring are groceries and your gourmet chef.
Sea Haven is about two to three blocks from the ocean front. There is a panoramic ocean view to the horizon. Whales spouts are visible during migrations, ships and boats can be seen night and day. There are two beach access points about a ten minute walk from the cabin or you can drive your car and park at numerous access points.
You can park your car within a few feet of the front entry, and there are no steps to deal with. There is ample room for 6 or more vehicles in the driveway. The entire property is over 1/3 acre and has several large flat lawn areas, a playground size children’s play structure (designed as a "Pirate Ship" complete with swings, slide, bars and ropes, and a sand box. Horseshoe and croquet areas are also set aside in the yard. The house and yard offer both privacy from the neighbors and open views of the ocean. You will never feel out of place from the moment you arrive, Sea Haven is very comfortable for families. Off the living room is a private fenced terrace area for barbecuing and sunbathing.

- Sea Haven is newly remodeled and now has a great room with gas fire place, big new modern kitchen, and a long table that seats 10/12 people, There are four TVGÇÖs with cable and two VCRGÇÖS and last we looked a new DVD player, ** Linens, Please be aware that linens are not supplied, all beds have a colored bottom sheet and pillow only, everyone needs to bring their own sleeping bag or blanket, You will also need to bring bathroom towels etc, **, Cleaning, We do not charge a cleaning fee, however we expect you to leave Sea Haven clean and orderly ready for the next arriving group, Lastly, we share Sea Haven with others to help pay the bills and cost of ownership, We have no maid service and ask our guests to clean up after themselves, treat the house as your own and enjoy your stay, We do contract with a service to check the house after each group to make sure Sea Haven is always at its best

Linda and John, We had a wonderful! wonderful! time this weekend at your house! It was perfect for us and what a neat layout. We have been doing these yearly trips in some form for the past 20 years with these friends and this is our new favorite place so we hope to be back next year or perhaps during the summer this summer too. It was a beautiful stormy weekend and the windows and view were fantastic. You have a real gem! We had only 17 show up and we cleaned everything spotless...(I think- but of course that is up to you guys!) I included my address again below. Thank you for sharing your home with others....

John, Just wanted to let you know that our family really enjoyed using Sea Haven as our family reunion location. Turned out perfectly for the 8 grandkids age 5 and under. They loved the pirate ship, sand box and the adults surely enjoyed the croquet. It was centrally located, close enough to stores, but not too close. The common areas were big enough for all of us to be together and still we all could have private space. The yard was great for the kids. We didn't hear "I'm bored" even once in the whole weekend. Dear John and Linda-we loved the beach house! I told your caretaker we broke a drinking glass but replaced one of the 9 volt batteries in you smoke alarm because it was chirping. I don't know if this evens out or not? We had the most wonderful time, had a couple of different friends out, walked on the beach, explored Tillamook, Lincoln City and the casino. The play structure was a huge hit with the kids, and it felt very safe watching them from inside the house. The bunk beds were also fun for the kids and it was a nice touch to name them. Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much we enjoyed the beach house. We had a fun Golf tournament and had lost of fun visiting. The house was perfect. Dear John & Linda, XXXXXXXX housing department had it's annual Work Session Retreat at you beautiful rental property on June 23rd through the 25th. What a beautiful home and location! It fit our group perfectly, we especially enjoyed a lovely sunset on Tuesday night and the easy beach access.
