Welcome to our beach home "Joint Adventure" on the beautiful Fort Morgan Peninsula. Joint Adventure is a professionally decorated brand new four-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. You will enjoy strict architectural controls, buried utilities, beautiful landscaping, tennis courts, swimming pools, and of course, a world class beach! Be prepared to relax!!
My goal is simple...to underpromise and overdeliver on all of my beach rental properties. I want to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. Because you contacted me owner-direct, I will eliminate all the "junk" fees normally charged by the large property management firms in Gulf Shores. Gone are all commissions, processing fees, and exhorbitant housecleaning fees. I want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! I pride myself on my many repeat customers, and I want you to tell all of your family and friends about your positive experience with a Relaxonthebeach property.
Joint Adventure comes equipped with one king bed, two queen beds, and four twin beds in a bunk format. The home features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, five televisions, CD/DVD player, high speed wireless internet access, cable television, and a charcoal barbeque grill. We have gone to extraordinary lengths to think of everything anyone could possibly want for the perfect beach vacation. Your comfort is our most important priority.
Joint Adventure is a short three minute walk to the beach boardwalk and is just across the street from Morgantown's tennis courts, newest swimming pool, and hot tub.
For golfers in the group, Joint Adventure is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.
Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are terrific. There is truly an activity for every member of the family. Joint Adventure is a wonderful home and we would love to share it with you.
Joint Adventure is located at 729 Morgantown Blvd., Gulf Shores AL 36542. Prices for all of my properties include everything except Alabama state sales tax, and a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is standard amongst all of my properties($25/bedroom,$10/bathroom, $50/common area)and is paid directly to the housekeepers with zero mark-ups. It includes all towels and linens. A $45 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps. For your convenience, I can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!). Please let me know of your interest level in this worthwhile product. It will protect your investment!
