All new furniture and fixtures in 2009. The Palo Verde model is one of the most popular ever built. It is available for monthly or longer rentals. Located in Del Webb's Sun City Grand, Surprise, AZ. Only one mile to the rec center and 4 golf courses and less than 3 miles to all the major shopping centers. Tenant pays $100 fee per person for conversion of Activity Card to allow both guests to utilize all amenities and get property owner's golf rate of only $41 including cart on all 4 courses. Golf Cart may be available for $200/month. (Optional) We also have 3 other rentals. Another one on the golf course and two on interior lots. Ask for details.
