Only one mile to the rec center and 4 golf courses and less than 3 miles to all the major shopping centers. Tenant pays $100 fee per person for conversion of Activity Card to allow both guests to utilize all amenities and get property owner's golf rate of only $39 including cart on all 4 courses.
