Great Camp 310, Our beautiful sunset across Lake Champlain - Plattsburg Cabin - Bring your Boat These quaint Rustic Style Cabins are located on Point AuRoche in one of the few places on Lake Champlain, in New York where you can see the sunset over Lake Champlain from the Beach. The Cabin is a One Bedroom, One Bath,"Rustic" Cabin, just remodeled with new Queen Mattress, New Innerspring hide-a-bed, Capacity is 4, all new appliances, 2 Flat Screen LCD TV sets each with DVD player, 2 Ceiling Fans, Heat and Air Conditioning Private Patio. Your boat up to 18' can be parked on our Covered Electric Boat Lift which is serviced from the Beach by a 124' Dock. The other cottage is our fully remodeled Boathouse(this was a real Boathouse), It is a Rustic Cathedral Ceilinged One Bedroom Rustic Cabin with Queen Size Bed, 1 full hide-a-bed, Capacity is 4, 2 Ceiling fans,2 LCD TV and DVD, Heat and Air Conditioning, Full completly equipped kitchen, Full bath with shower,washer-dryer, Covered deck on a courtyard "Secret" garden shared with the Main Camp, the boathouse is lake view with use of the beach, firepit and dock. There is a 16' Starcraft rowboat for both the Cabin and the Boathouse to share, each has a gas grill. There are plugins for 2 Bass boats. Great Camp 310 is not a large resort, It is a place we have been coming to for over 55 years. It is a place we would like to share with you, It is a state of mind, It is the beauty of Monty's Bay and its sunset, It is a great place to sit, read, swim, boat, fish, talk and get reaquainted with family and friends. If you are looking for all the commercial pleasures, you will find those things near, but not here at Great Camp 310. Yes we do offer all the modern conveniences in both our Cabins, but that is not the main thing we offer.
