When you first pull up to Choga Creek Cabin, you will notice the big level yard, huge parking area and large covered porch with a relaxing bench swing and hammock awaiting you.
While the outside may appear to be a typical home (vinyl sided), the inside will remind you of the rustic vacation place you dreamed of with more room than you imagined possible. Beautiful wood floors, walls and ceilings give the place a warm relaxing atmosphere, with all new plush, leather furniture and lots of seating. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen, master bedroom & bath, 2nd bedroom with adjoining guest bathroom, and a spacious sunroom/dining room and playroom for the kids.
Downstairs you will find a large family room, more leather sofas, another table for eating or games, a big screen TV, movie/game library, laundry room, another sitting area with a TV and couch and 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and full bathroom.
It is the perfect mountain respite for a large or small party with comfortable sleeping accomodations for 8.
You'll find an outside entrance to an almost completed covered porch, big yard and a winding creek bordering the property. The creek is a fresh water spring perfect for keeping beverages cool. There's a gas grill on the deck for cooking your morning catch. The patio offers a private recluse for watching the sunrise and relaxing to the sounds of the trees and flowing stream. The property is within walking distance to Lake Nanahala, six miles from a public boat ramp, ten miles from Andrews where you will find the local grocery store, drug store, restaurants and more.
When you are done exploring all the area has to offer or a fun filled day at the Lake, you can return to your retreat and gather around the outdoor campfire site for a marshmallow roast.

The Choga Creek Cabin is everything our busy metropolitan lifestyle is not – the perfect family get away. My large family and I love visiting Choga. We explore the miles and miles of private family trails, camp, hunt, wade in the streams and play on the lake rope swings, we enjoy the white water rafting, dirt bike trails, fishing, boating and relaxing to the soothing sounds of the fresh water spring behind the house. We vacation here in our spacious recluse as often as possible, but when we are not here, we are pleased to make our mountain get away available to renters seeking to leave the cares of the city behind for a season and enjoy the carefree life in the mountains.
