Exquisite mountain mansion that is over 9200 sq ft built in 2008. The homes value is $2.7 million. There are two laundry rooms, 2 kitchens. A state of the art theatre room with big comfortable seating for 10 adults and kids, with stage and a wood bar for refreshments.
Upstairs on the top floor we have a fully equipped workout gym with treadmill, bike, yoga, and a complete weight lifting set. Looks out over Park City valley with amazing views of Park City, Deer Valley, and the Olympic Bobsled track.
There are 4 big fireplaces in the home. Both kitchens are fully stocked and the main kitchen has all Viking and Sub Zero appliances including ice makers. The master bedroom is enormous with a rock wall fireplace, flat screen TV, soaker jet tub with colored lights and a rock wall over the tub with a flat screen TV. The master shower has 7 shower heads and is also a double steam shower.
All bathrooms in the house are custom designed with copper and vessel sinks. There are 3 parking spots in the garage with a 8 car driveway. The house is located on top of a mountain on a very quiet cul-de-sac with panoramic views of the resorts and Park City Valley.
This home is perfect for multiple families and is set up with 3 master suites. All the bedrooms have bathrooms. There is also a BEACH themed kids playroom. There are two great rooms all with Mountain timber furnishings.
There is a 10 foot dinner table next to a wall of windows looking out to aspens and pines. Sometimes there is a little family of moose that likes to sit there and enjoy the privacy.
