Large great room with new Flat Screen LCD TV, new living room chairs and tables, separately zoned master suite has a TV, with private bathroom, Bunk room with TV and DVD player, shares a bathroom with the Twin Bedroom. The queen bedroom has a private bathroom with separate entrance and new flat screen TV. This bedroom could be used as a second master suite. There is over 2000 sq. ft wrap-around new composite deck- and also screened porch which make this the perfect vacation spot.
Home is all on one level, features 10 ft ceilings,hard wood floors in main living areas and new carpet in bedrooms for 2012! Thehouse is surrounded by natural vegetation for lots of privacy.Approximately 150 yards to the Gulf. House is located in a private subdivision with no traffic on your short walk to the beach! Gulf Trace is located just around the corner from charming Grayton Beach and is close to Seaside and Water Color. Saturday to Saturday rental.

I agree with all the others who visited your home, my family also stayed there last july. I live hear and have always loved the area and location af Gulf Trace. I must tell you, we will not be returning because of the sliding glass doors in the house. I broke all finger nails on my right hand trying to open the door my mother is in her mid 70s and father in his 80s thay and all who stayed in the home struggeled with the doors. I attempted to apply WD40 hoping it would slide and open easier. The doors are a deal bracker and stand out as old compared to the rest of the house and should be replaced. please let me know if you improve the doors because every thing else was lovely about you home. Owner response:HI Leigh, I am so sorry that you had a problem with the doors. I wish that you had notified the manager or else called me as I would have had them fixed. As it was they were fixed shortly after your stay-the rollers were replaced on the great room doors-so they now open very easily. I take pride in the house and want all of my guests to have a great time there. So I am truly sorry that you were inconvenienced. I hope you will consider staying there again some time in the future. We just returned from a week at the Broad Reach......and it was fabulous!!!! This home is superb, inside and out! It is well maintained and very comfy for all of us. We love the open floor plan and the master is awesome!! The kids had a blast in the bunk room too!! Very reasonably priced!! Great house, great location, April 11, 2010 (Atlanta, GA) The house was wonderful...roomy, well-equipped, and fabulous large screened in porch. We could see and hear the ocean, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Plus, Gulf Trace is quiet even during spring break, and yet Grayton and Seaside are easy to reach-the former on foot via the beach and both via bike...my kids went every day while the mom's stayed on the quieter Gulf Trace beach. Ate at Gravel Road (2-3 miles east of Seaside on 30-A) best undiscovered fresh food around

My husband and I have stayed at "Broad Reach" twice now, and we wouldn't consider anyplace else! The home is very comfortable & well equipped. I love the quiet location and short walk to the most beautiful beach on the Gulf.The sunsets are amazing. It's also just a short drive to restaurants shopping and a round of golf. As a realtor, I like the fact that it now has wireless internet, so I can still manage my business. We like it so much, we are planning another visit this Spring.
