The public park with pool, slide and awesome water features is 200 yards away from your door - perfect for kids! Times Square and the pier are a 3/4 mile stroll north; go for ice cream and walk it off on your way home!
Take the trolley to further destinations - north to Bowditch Point for a picnic (concession stand on site), off island for shopping (outlet mall 5 miles away) or south to Lover's Key (shelling). Bring your boat and dock it in the covered boat well. Direct access to Estero Pass gets you to the Gulf of Mexico in 15 minutes. Fish from the dock or the pier and look for the dolphins!
Convenience is yours at this great location. Grocery and liquor stores are 200 yards from your door, as are the public library and the park. You are 3/4 of a mile from the bridge - easy on and off even in heavy traffic, and 30 minutes away from the airport.
