This is a great family or couples rental. Your modern 3 bedroom beach house is on a canal just 300 yards from the beach. Park your car in the garage and explore the island. You can easily walk to great restaurants, water activities, shopping and entertainment.
Six miles of white sand beach offer great people watching and lots of free children's entertainment. The public park with pool, slide and awesome water features is 200 yards away from your door - perfect for kids! Times Square and the pier are a 3/4 mile stroll north; go for ice cream and walk it off on your way home!
Take the trolley to further destinations - north to Bowditch Point for a picnic (concession stand on site), off island for shopping (outlet mall 5 miles away) or south to Lover's Key (shelling).
Closer to home, fish from the breakwall and look for the manatees or fish from the town pier and look for the dolphins! The library, town pool, recreation centre and playground are all located across the street, just beyond the grocery store, not to mention a terrific nature path that goes through Bay Oaks Conservation Area.
Convenience is yours at this great location. Grocery and liquor stores are 200 yards from your door. You are 3/4 of a mile from the bridge - easy on and off even in heavy traffic, and 30 minutes away from the airport.

My husband, daughter (2) and I recently rented this adorable, clean & comfortable home for a relaxing beach get away with my sister & brother-in-law and their two children (ages 5 & 7). This home is in a perfect location near the beautiful beach, a wonderful public pool with water slides and a toddler pool, a grocery & liquor store and just a short walk to the restaurants & boardwalk area. We had everything we could possibly need and then some!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would love to go back some day!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.
