  We can not say enough positive things about this house. It fit all of us comfortably and it had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. House is super clean, and I am not sure I saw the kids unless they were hungry. Fun had by all. The location is great walking distance to main street. Great walking/jogging paths to enjoy the outdoors. Built a fire at night; it was lovely. The owner Dick is super nice and has gone above and beyond to make everything super easy to find / use. My only regret is that we didn't rent it long enough. We will be repeat customers for sure. It is even better than what the pictures can show. Thank you too quick of a get away in Frisco!

  MUCH nicer than we ever thought!! The pictures show a pretty nice house, but the house is much nicer than what they show. Everyone in our ski group was overwhelmed with this home. The owner thought of everything and the house is kept in wonderful condition. Loved the pool, hot tub, fireplaces and the massage chairs were a great surprise! Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and nicely furnished......... And Main Street Frisco is 1 block away! We will be back! Thank you Dick, you are a great host!

  Our family of 18 (11 adults, 7 young children) stayed a few days at Colordo Ski Lodging in Frisco. Our stay was great! The house was clean and ready for us. It was well appointed; kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. The kids loved the pool, the hot tub, and the many "nooks and crannies" to play in. The adults loved the spaciousness and the many places to break up into smaller groups for games, discussions, T. V., and laughs. Our strongest recommendation is that we are already booking for next year!

  What a great place for a reunion!! Our ladies group (who came from all parts of the country) enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, space to hang out and the fabulous deck to enjoy Colorado weather. Everyone is enjoying their "Rocky Mountain High" from the experience. The proximity to town, Breckenridge and Vail allowed for shopping and the hiking in the area is wonderful. Dick, the owner, responded quickly to our needs/suggestions. The artwork and furniture combine for a great place to stay. We did a Chuckwagon dinner which was fun, went to a free concert in the park, walked around an art show on Main street and enjoyed eating at several great restaurants. We also took advantage of the two massage rooms, the hot tub, pool and the pool table. All of us would definitely recommend this house.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

  We go on vacation with my six siblings on a regular basis, We all agreed that "Dick's Last Resort" was one of the best ever and lived up to every expectation we had. We had fifteen people and the accomodations were perfect. We enjoyed preparing meals together and dining in the spacious dining room or out on the deck. Our bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable. Dick provides every amenity you need for a totally relaxing venue located within walking distance to the town and easy access to day trips to other towns. We would definitely recommend this home and we are looking forward to a return trip.

  17 adults and 3 small children stayed for a week at this amazing house with several families and all age groups. We all agreed even with the kayaking,biking,hiking,adventure parks,shopping,brewery and tours that the best part of our trip was the time spent at the house. We lounged,swam, jacuzzied, relaxed in the massage chairs, read, fished, bbq'd, cooked, watched t.v./movies, played cards, table games, horseshoes, tetherball and billiards; just thoroughly enjoyed every inch of the property! The kitchen was great-roomy to cook in so we didn't go out to eat much; and the beds at night were comfy and the rooms so quiet. When we did go out the town of Frisco proved to be very charming and fun. We also went to Vail and Breckenridge (some adventure seekers biked there) for more shopping and Gondola rides and we hiked alot of nearby trails and loved the kayaking/paddleboarding on Lake Dillon. We are already planning our next trip back! We especially enjoyed all of the attention to detail you provided us in our new dream home and watching little children catch their first fish was priceless! We will be back! Christie Wise

  Our ski group was very satisfied with this house. It was perfect for our group...every one had their own bedroom and bathroom and there were lots of areas to sit and read or have a quiet conversation away from the group. As we are into food the kitchen was very well equipped and was center of all of our evenings......lots of space to work plus it had two refrigerators for food and beverage. The games room was used each night and was a great addition to the fun. The hot tub and wave pool were great. All in all this is a great house in a great location with easy access to all the mountains in Summit County. Dick is a great host and will help you with anything you need.

  I organized the location and housing this year of our guy ski trip. Frisco was a great location for multiple ski areas, and for the town. The house was a huge hit with the guys. We stayed in and had catered meals. The guys didn't want to go out, the house was so great with the pool table, hot tub and media room. We also used the in house massage room staffed by a local spa. We had a great time and every one was comfortable in their rooms. Lots of bed rooms easily accommodated 16 men. Three late comers had to sleep on comfortable couches in order to not share a bed, but they could have doubled up in queen size beds. Everyone wants to go back next year. Can't say enough.

  Our family just spent a fantastic week at Dick's Last Resort. This home is spectacular and so much more than the pictures represent. The location is an easy walk right off of Main St. in Frisco with convenient shuttle access to local ski resorts. This home has been extremely well designed and furnished to help make a vacation a special life time memory. There is plenty of room for spreading out the family and a wonderful dining area for bringing everyone together for meals. The kitchen has two refrigerators and is equipped with most everything you can need for prep and cooking. The game room with pool table was great fun. The two programmable massage chairs were used every day. The hot tub and indoor pool were thoroughly enjoyed. A large conditioned entry area was perfectly setup for storing ski equipment and keeping wet footwear out of the living area of the home. The abundant fireplaces are nice and the beds extremely comfortable. The humidifiers in the bedrooms are a nice touch. The master suite is amazing and almost like another house. The home owner was easy to contact and showed genuine hospitality in making us feel welcome. This incredible home and Frisco made for a trip we will always remember. If you are a "flatlander" like us, keep in mind Frisco is at an elevation of over 9,000 feet. You may need to prepare for that kind of altitude if you are not accustomed to it.

  All 18 of us enjoyed this lovely, spacious Frisco home for Thanksgiving. We used every room including grilling one of the Thanksgiving turkeys on the grill outside! We enjoyed the home very much and all the wonderful amenities. It was immaculate and impeccably decorated yet so homey and comfortable. In addition, the location was very nice. Quiet yet conveniently close to the cute shops and great places to eat in Frisco and close to the shuttle stop too. We felt like we were in the hub since we went to Breck, Copper, Keystone, shopped in Silverthorn, ate at the Dam Brewery in Dillon…jWe really packed a lot in. And then we had the mixed bag of weather too – from a few incredibly blue sky days to watching it snow. The week was completely enchanting, and we just want to thank you for having the perfect home to allow it to unfold.
