Enjoy the serenity of a home with three bedrooms two baths a big fireplace and open spaces. A great house for families and friends. 81/2 acres of space that is home to elk, deer, a variety of birds and the singing of frogs in the evenings. Play Bocci Ball, volleyball, horseshoes, or just take a walk on the beach. There are three golf course in the area and it's easy to get a tee time! Any beach equipment or extra sports gear can be found at the house. No need to fill up that car with extra gear (except golf clubs). The Pacific ocean is a 3 minute walk from the house. Clamming for razor clams is a favorite past time and what delectable appetizers they make! All you have to do is buy the license we have the equipment.
Many delicious restaurants in the area to chose from, or just sit back with friends and BBque on the deck while you watch a paraglider go by or an eagle catch its dinner.
The private gated community allows children a safe bicycle/skate board area and there is a park a short walk away. A quiet stroll in the morning either on the beach or on the road will find a bakery or an interesting object on the beach. All your interest's will be found at our home on the beach in Surf Pines.
Three nights minimum rent from May1st through October 1st. Five days minimum for major Holidays and Oregon Coast Golf Tournament the last week in July,

Gated community keeps traffic to a minimum so its ideal for children riding bikes, skate boarding or joggers and walkers. The community park with swings is a short walk away.

Great beach house! Clean and well maintained, exactly as described in listing. Comfortable beds, wonderful Great Room, awesome place to spend some quality family time. Very short walk to beach...short drive to Seaside. I would stay here again and recommend this property to my friends and relatives.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The windows reflect the outside world. Many deer and actually saw 4 Elk in the far yard. All the sports equipment even clamming shovels and boots. A well equipped house.The whole family had a grit time. The "great room" keeps the family together and having a fun time with the board games or just conversation around the fire in the "captivating" couch. A fun week was had by all.

Great "work" weekend. The house held all eight people comfortably. Even "swimming" in the ocean was an activity. Wonderful that the beach is such a short walk away.
