Enjoy the serenity of a home with three bedrooms two baths a big fireplace and open spaces. A great house for families and friends. 31/2 acres of space that is home to elk, deer, a variety of birds and the singing of frogs in the evenings. Play Bocci Ball, volleyball, horseshoes, or just take a walk on the beach. There are three golf course in the area and it's easy to get a tee time! Any beach equipment or extra sports gear can be found at the house. No need to fill up that car with extra gear (except golf clubs). The water is a 4 minute walk from the house. Claming for razor clams is a favorite past time and what delectable appetizers they make! All you have to do is buy the license we have the equipment.
Many delicious restaurants in the area to chose from, or just sit back with friends and barbeque on the deck while you watch a paraglider go by or an eagle catch its dinner.
The private gated community allows children a safe bicycle/skate board area and there is a park a short walk away. A quiet stroll in the morning either on the beach or on the road will find a bakery or an interesting object on the beach. What ever your interest you will find it at our home on the beach in Surf Pines.
