SHARE OUR CRUZAN PARADISE AT VILLA CROIX
As you drive through the gates on the grounds of Villa Croix you know you are entering Cruzan Paradise. You circle back lighted palm trees to the main entrance with the lights of Christiansted dancing in the distance. Walk through the front gallery and enter through mahogany double doors to a great room with an unobstructed, magnificent view direct to the Caribbean sea. The moment you enter the elegant living area overlooking the back gallery, pool and gazebo you experience a feeling of luxury, warmth and relaxation.
A library offers comfortable leather seating along with interesting titled books, DVD’s, and CD’s. A large television is offered to those wanting a little privacy and quiet time away from the great room.
The Master-suite takes you back to another time with its four-poster bed facing a private patio with lush tropical plantings. The large marble bath with double vanity immediately leads you toward the sunken Jacuzzi for a spa experience. The Junior Suite awakens you each morning with unforgettable views of Buck Island and Green Cay. There is a television in the event you wish to catch up with news from home. Along with this suite, two additional bedrooms open through mahogany louvered doors into the office gallery which offers spectacular views while housing desks, fax, printer and the internet system. Comfort is the key to all living areas with locally made rose colored tile flooring, air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room.
The kitchen is pristine white and offers custom ceramic sea birds on the backsplash walls. Every cooking convenience is evident, including an electric rotisserie and espresso machine. For those outdoor grilling chefs, there is a large Weber grill, accompanied with comfortable conversational seating, and a Brunch table serving area on the back gallery.
Outside awaits the serene swimming pool and lounges. The gazebo offers views of the island of St. Thomas, St. John, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, along with Buck Island and Green Cay. You can spend hours watching sail boats during the day and cruise ships passing in the distance at night. Palms and tropical blossoms are abundant and the local trade winds just might lull you into a relaxing nap. As evening approaches landscape lighting provides a soft, inviting ambience.
The villa’s location is a short drive to island shopping, sightseeing, beach walking, along with an 18-hole golf course, charter sailboats to Buck Island for snorkeling and swimming, and some of St. Croix’s gourmet restaurants. There is a full casino close by for extra nightlife.
Maid service is provided mid-week and an automatic diesel generator provides electricity to the Villa in the event of a power outage. There is wireless internet throughout the Villa.

Why the Owner Chose East End
We spent years sailing in and around the Caribbean and fell in love with St. Croix on our first visit in 2005. Being from California we love the sun and warm temperatures and the friendliness of those living on the island.
