We love the wonderful views of the city and bay from our hillside location, the neighborhood is quiet and we are but a short walk from shopping, restaurants and the Malecon. The city location put us right in the middle of the activities in Puerto Vallarta.

Not one thing to say negative about this condo, absolutely well kept and clean with great linens. Everything in the kitchen was number one and the ice maker was great. The maid was fabulous. We truly enjoyed our walks down the hill and the taxis back up. Make sure you let them know the address and keep an eye that they don't go up the hill too far. That happened twice to us in one week. No worries they just turn around but it easier just to keep an eye. We would recommend it for anybody who doesn't have trouble walking on the cobblestones. Make sure if you want to use the water taxi to the Marina, you go to the old town and find Bory, He will take you any where and speaks good english. We used him 2 times and then he also hooked us up with a great guy to go fishing with. 4 of us for 4 hours (was more like 5 hours ) and we caught 2 Yellowtail tuna. So much fun for $300. Boat was called Totoaba and the company was Team Redbone Sport Fishing. Our captain was Lala and our crew was Francisco. Great team. A must to do if you like fishing. Puerto Vallarta is a real treat if you like friendly people and great restaurants and tons to do. Will definitely come back to this condo in the future.

The views are unforgettable!!! This well maintained condo was relaxing and comfortable and so well equipped. The photos are what you get and more. Pool and grounds very well maintained. Great neighborhood recommendations, markets and shops and restaurants. Attentive friendly staff to take care of any need. Taxis plentiful, easy to explore old town. Irwin and Joy insured we had the perfect month in PV. Thank you again Irwin and Joy, we all have stored memories to treasure forever! Certainly will return, just wish it could be tomorrow!!

We spent the month of January here and absolutely love the place. We had the opportunity to meet Irwin and Joy. They are great people. The views from the condo are absolutely incredible. We will be back for another month next year. So sad to have to leave.

Irwin & Joy, Thanks so much for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. The condo, complex & view looked so beautiful in your photos but were even better in person! We had a wonderful stay and appreciated all your restaurant recommendations. The last week there we found a little place just a few blocks away that was so good we ate there 3 times in 7days. It's called "Te Limon" and it's 1 block down Honduras & 2 blocks north on Ecuador (on the corner of Ecuador & San Salvador). Thanks again, Jeanne & Steve

Thank you so much,Irwin and Joy, for allowing us the plesure of staying at your Los Altos condo. It was PERFECT. NEW, CLEAN, and more beautiful than the pictures.....if that's possible. Loved the walk down the steep hill and the cab rides back up!! We walked or rode the buses everywhere. The Malecon was full of people and excitement every nite. We could watch the cruise ships pulling into the bay every 3-4 days. The locals around the complex are friendly and the FOOD is the BEST! Real Mexican food....not Taco Bell stuff. :) No need to bring lots of fancy clothes with you. Things are easy going in Puerto Vallarta. Bring rubber bottom shoes for the cobblestones! Thanks again and hope to see you in the near future!!

The view is amazing here - pictures don't do it justice! Although its just a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of the Malecon, it provides the perfect gateway. Only here can you have the vibrant city at your footsteps, but also escape into your own personal sanctuary: great view, huge, brand new, quiet, fully equipped, clean, and the best A/C in the world. Irwin and Joy are also wonderful hosts and very flexible. Although this was my fourth visit, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in PVR, ever again.
