Access to the incredible Tahoe Donner recreation centers, just a short walk or bike ride away, provides access to world class facilities, with heated swimming pools, hot spas, gyms, a huge tennis center, equestrian center, and a lot more. Winter time: close access to great ski resorts, Tahoe Donner is right there, and Sugar Bowl is right next door, plus easy access to Squaw Valley, Northstar, and numerous other North Lake Tahoe ski resorts. Plus, the Tahoe Donner Rec Center provides a heated indoor and OUTDOOR swimming pool (imagine that!) and fitness center that operates year round.

This was a very good experience. We stayed there 2 nights, warm and cozy. They have all appliances you may need, like a friend's home.

This house was very nice for our weekend ski trip. The location is great; the house is convenient to ski locations, downtown Truckee and a recreation center. The home is very well equipped with everything from games, puzzles and toys for young children, to nicely appointed bedrooms, to a warm, cheery wood burning stove. As a side benefit, the house has funky-looking icicles hanging from it and kids can have a great time playing in the snow right next to the driveway. The owner made the transaction smooth and timely. Thanks! We were more than comfortable and would look forward to staying there again.
