WELCOME

Why the Owner Chose Copperopolis
Lake Tulloch is a place our family has visited for many years. We have always enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the water skiing, and fishing. Over the years we have always talked about, “how wonderful it would be to own a property on the lake”. Being only 2 hours from our home, Tulloch was a wonderful choice to enjoy for family vacation and weekends. All us enjoy the lake for its water sports. Our children love fishing the docks for bluegill and bass. They spend hours, playing in the water, looking for crayfish, and of course swimming. We also love visiting the lake in the winter, being 45 minutes from the snow. Living in San Jose, Tulloch offers our family a place to go and get out of the city stress.

Beautiful lakefront condo at Lake Tulloch with dock! Located hour and half from the bay area, and 45 minutes to Bear Valley snowpark. Situated in the gated Connor Estates, this condo is the perfect spot for water sports and fishing. The spacious condo features three bedrooms and two baths, and is fully furnished with linens and kitchenware. The large living room has vaulted ceilings and a balcony overlooking the blue waters of Lake Tulloch. Master bedroom has king size bed and private bathroom, second room consist of a queen size bed with view of the lake, and the third room has two bunk beds that sleeps 4-6. Washer and dryer are located conveniently inside the condo. Condo has carport and adjacent additional parking. Boat launch is 20 feet away and parking for trailer is provided. The Condo's boat dock is a stones throw away from the launch ramp. The front deck has a breathtaking view of the lake and a bar-be-que grill is there for you convenience. Condo can sleep 10-12 people comfortably. One of few condos on the water, rent by the day, week, or more.

We are two teachers who love being outside and enjoy being on the water. With this property we are right on the water and our young kids enjoy fishing and tubing. We enjoy fishing, water skiing, wake boarding, inter tubing, and in the winter, visiting the snow parks up the road, 30-40 minutes away, and snow skiing and snow boarding, 45 minutes away. We love that we can be on the lake and 45 minutes later be in the snow. We don't have to shovel any snow and we don't need snow tires or chains. We also love hiking and enjoy visiting Yosemite from the lake.
